If your reading this then you either are my friends and I'm forcing you to, since I need opinions on it, or your just as fucked up as me, so this chapter is dedicated to things to hopefully help you.
Yeah, I know most people are gonna find this dumb and skip over it but I'm okay with that as long as there's one person who reads this. What are some ways to help decrease stress and anxiety? I'm sure we all know the obvious ones.
Eat well
Sleep enough
Exercise
Taking walks
Etc etcI personally love to write, which is why I am writing this book. It fixes my moods lots being able to just write it out in poems or chapters. (I'll include some of the poems) it calms me and makes my mind focus and think more clearly, even if it's on bad things.
Although my last chapter was about wanting to distant myself and not talk to others, it's very healthy to. Yeah, sometimes we put to much on people or on the wrong people but we can't keep it all bottled up. I did it for years, it effected me tons.
I planned my run away for months in fifth grade, then decided I couldn't leave my little sister alone. I almost committed suicide in seventh grade by tying a cement block to my leg and jumping into the water off the deck, but I couldn't leave my sister. In eighth grade I almost left to my bio dad's or memas, but I couldn't leave my sister.
You can say she saved me although I hate her at times if I didn't have her I wouldn't be here today.
We just really need to find people who we love and who loves us. People who take care of us no matter how much we refuse, no matter how much we try to distant ourselves. They're there for us.
People...they make and break us... I am so thankful for my people.
We just need to get out and surround ourselves with people who help us and better us, that's the best thing we can do.
