Beauty is pain....yet even then unbeautiful is broken. Are the allies  beautiful yet filled with pain? Are the dead bodies hidden in the cans beauty? No, but there's pain. So much pain and sorrow has built in it's place. So much hardship has had to be built on, trying to disguise the pain with beauty. Beauty isn't the pain. Beauty just hides the pain, masks it from the view with our dazzling smiles. We laugh and smile and act like it's all fine, beautiful yet broken. One of my favorite phrases.
We don't come beautiful from the pain, but in a way I guess we do. We grow from this pain, we become stronger, more resilient, more self-reliant. We're beautiful and dangerous. We've gone through so much, yes some from looks. The way their eyes linger on our curves. But beauty isn't pain. No, pain comes from other places. It comes from our minds, from our memories, our experiences... We gain pain from it but not from the beauty of it. Oh, the house burned down, the fire was stunning, and it caused pain. That should be beauty is pain, is it not? The pain was beautiful. But, that's not what it means.. No, beauty can come from pain. The flower grows in the desert where not many would live. The bird lives on even though it's family is dead. The tree stands tall through all the storms. Now that's beauty through pain.
Beauty is pain.
Yet it's not.
It's a complicated thing. Beauty causes some pain but you don't need to have pain to be beautiful. Just because your beautiful doesn't mean you have pain, doesn't mean it causes you pain.
