Power Overload

After Luay mysteriously disappeared in his portal of fire, Dave took the gem into his room/lab to do some investigation on it. He looked in the library as well and found a book on the gem. On the book's cover it said the gem was called the Time Warp Gem. Dave took the book up to the front desk of the library and checked out. He ran back home to try and find out some info that this book may have to offer about this gem.

When Dave finished reading the book, he turned his TV on went to the news.

"Earlier today some strange force wrecked the city. We now go to James who is at the scene live." The news reporter said.

Dave watched with great interest.

"I am here live at the scene of the wreckage of what used to be station square. It appears whatever tore through this city was using fire, but it wasn't normal fire." James said.

"Syntax" Dave said.

Dave then rushed off to the city to stop Syntax, but not before suiting up.

Lightspeed zoomed around the city looking for Syntax, but instead found James.

"Excuse me!" Lightspeed said to James as he walked up to him.

"We-" James was interrupted by Lightspeed. "Hm?" James said as he turned around. "Oh, sorry boy, but you must be lost. I'm not your dad. I'll help you find your parents after this."

"Oh no it's fine. My parents died 5 years ago. I just wanted to say something to all the people watching." Lightspeed said.

"Um, sure. But make it quick." James said.

"Hello everyone. I am Lightspeed, but I am here to tell everyone some important information about what's going on right now with the city. The one who destroyed all of this is a 11 year old known as Luay. Luay is also known as a very very powerful demon-human hybrid named Syntax. In other words, he is Satan's son. He is also the fire god and he used a special, stronger fire known as Demonic Fire. Until I get everything under control with him, keep an eye out. If you see some guy engulfed in flames tearing through the city, call the police, and I'll get notified about it. Thank you for your time. Now back to James." Lightspeed then zooms down following the destruction looking for Syntax.

James, the cameraman and everyone else is in shock as to what just happened.

"Well, thank you Lightspeed for that useful information." The news reporter said.

Meanwhile, Lightspeed runs down the city following the destruction and eventually finds Syntax.

"Ay, whats up dude!" Lightspeed says to Syntax.

"Hm?" Syntax turns around and sees Lightspeed standing there. "Who you calling 'dude,' Lightspeed?"

"You, ya idiot! Who else would I be talking to?"

Syntax got enraged when Lightspeed called him an idiot. He then summoned 4 demons from hell using his fire portal, and sent them to attack Lightspeed.

"Nice friends ya got there bud. What's their names?" Lightspeed said.

The demons rushed at Lightspeed.

"They don't have names? Alright, I'll name them for ya." Lightspeed said as he got ready to fight. "This one will be Jimmy," he said as he knocked one down. "This one will be Joe," he said knocking another one down. "Billy, and Cole." Lightspeed said knocking out the final two.

"They were just decoys." Syntax said as a large smirk grew across his face.

"Nani?!" Lightspeed said, obviously not taking anything seriously.

Syntax then charged at Lightspeed and knocked him out with a flaming punch.

Lightspeed didn't look too good by now. His shorts and pants were torn, and his shoes destroyed. His sunglasses were now a pile of broken plastic. Not to mention some gashes as well.

Syntax took one final glance at lightspeed before walking off and ready to destroy the rest of the world, like future told him to.

You see, when Syntax used the Time Warp gem to go to the future in the last book, future Luay told him he needed to eliminate all of mankind, so the demons could come to the overworld and rule both dimensions. Back to the main story now.

Syntax heard the crackle of thunder and looked behind him. What he saw was astonishing. Lightspeed was back, but he was floating, and his body was made up of this light blue, liquid lightning type stuff. Light blue plasma is an easier way of saying it. And Lightspeed's eyes were fully black. Even the white part of the eyes were black. He had no mouth or nose, just eyes. His hair was light blue lightning.

"What is this disgusting looking form of yours, Lightspeed?"

"This my friend, is my Infinite form." Lightspeed said flying toward Syntax as astonishing speeds.

Syntax punched Lightspeed as hard as he could. But Lightspeed didn't feel a thing. For the first time in his entire life, Syntax felt a small amount of pain. And it made Syntax very mad.

Syntax's eyes went blood red and his hands were engulfed in demonic fire which is fire but blood red.

"Which form is that?" Lightspeed asked.

"Stage 1."

"Nice." Lightspeed says as Syntax charges at him.

Lightspeed then simply dodges Syntax's punches and kicks. Lightspeed then uses his most powerful attack on Syntax, but Syntax just stands there and takes the blow, which just made him stronger. Syntax swirled around and uppercutted Lightspeed in the jaw as hard as he could. Lightspeed fell to the ground unconscious, and jaw broken. Then Lightspeed to struck by a massive light blue lightning bolt and this time Lightspeed was outlined in light blue lightning, with everything inside the outline except the black eyes being air.

Syntax takes a swing at Lightspeed's chest and realizes it's air.

"What form is this?" Syntax asks.

"Hyper Infinite." Lightspeed says as he slaps Syntax so hard across the cheek that Syntax gets knocked out and goes back to Luay.

Lightspeed goes back to normal, beaten up Dave, heaves Luay onto his shoulder and runs back home to let Luay rest.
