Lightspeed The FULL Story

Evolution

After the Time Warp Gem shattered and was repaired by Kai the kitsune like creature in Space-Time, Lightspeed and Syntax used the Time Warp Gem to go to the future. They arrive in the future and look around. This time it's different than went they went there before. Last time there was lots of flames and the skies were red. This time, the skies were blue, and everything seemed fine.

Until future Lightspeed saw the light and came over to where Lightspeed and Syntax were. For less confusion I'll call future Lightspeed Modern Lightspeed and Future Syntax Modern Syntax and Lightspeed and Syntax Classic Lightspeed and Classic Syntax.

Modern Lightspeed came over to Classic Lightspeed and Classic Syntax and said "Hey me! Hey past Syntax!"

"Hey future me!" Classic Lightspeed said.

"Sup" Classic Syntax said.

"Where's future Syntax?" Classic Lightspeed asked.

"To make a long story short, he's no longer able to control whether he's evil or good, so most of the time he's destroying something." Modern Lightspeed said.

Just then Modern Syntax appeared and Modern Lightspeed said "Hey bro what's up?"

Modern Syntax just stood there and then attacked Classic Lightspeed with fire, which then tore some of Classic Lightspeed's suit, and the sunglasses' lenses cracked. He burned Classic Lightspeed's shoe soles so he couldn't run without basically burning his feet off.

Classic Lightspeed dropped the Time Warp Gem as he fainted because of the extreme pain he was going through. Classic Syntax picked up the Time Warp Gem and heaved Classic Lightspeed onto his shoulder. He raised the gem in the air, looked at Modern Syntax, mouthed "Thank you for taking care of him." And then looked back at the gem and said "TIME WARP!" As he and Classic Lightspeed disappeared in a glow of white light.

Classic Syntax and Classic Lightspeed return back to their time, and Lightspeed half-opens his eyes, sees he's back in his time, and closes his eyes again with a smile on his face.

Syntax thinks in his head as he's walking up to their house "I'm glad future me finished him off, but he didn't fully finish off Lightspeed, so I should probably let him recover. Why am I thinking this way? Well, I don't know, but I'll go and let Lightspeed recover I guess." He then went into their house and set Lightspeed down on Lightspeed's bed so he could recover.

Lightspeed half-opens his eyes again, sees Syntax walk away and look around a little bit, see he's in his room, and is glad that Syntax didn't decide to go and leave him in a volcano, like he usually does with all the people he "rescues."

A few hours later, Lightspeed slowly sits up and rubs his eyes, feeling sore all over. He then slowly gets up and goes to the bathroom. As he walks by the mirror, he notices everything that happened to him. He saw his half-destroyed suit, half of the sunglasses, and looked down to his shoes. Glad they were fine, but looked at the soles and saw that the weren't there anymore. He sighed in frustration.

"Welp. Guess I have to make a new suit that's Demonic Fire proof." He then rushes out to his workshop/shed in his backyard and does lots of research.

2 months later, Lightspeed steps out of the shed, and has a completely new look. He still has the blue t-shirt and black shorts combo, but the blue on the shirt wasn't pale like before, and instead of remaking the black and red shoes, he made blue shoes and changed the material on the sole, so when he runs, it's not as loud. He decided to get rid of the sunglasses idea and replaced them with a white and blue bandana. He also added a black fingerless glove on his right hand.

"This suit is...the..." Lightspeed started to say. "Modern Lightspeed Suit! Or Modern for short." He says as he takes off running as fast as he can.

He immediately noticed he was able to run faster, so he changed his running style from the normal running style to having his arms out behind him while leaning forward. And realizes his top speed went up a bit more, and ran across the world in one second, and the trail he left behind him as he ran was no longer semi-transparent after images, but was now a glowing light blue trail.

He went back inside his house, looking for Syntax, and found him in Syntax's room.

"Ayo bro, I made a new suit and got faster!"

"Just because you changed your suit doesn't mean you got faster dummy." Syntax said.

"Here lemme show you." Lightspeed said dragging Syntax outside. "Gimme a countdown!"

"Alright. 3" Syntax said as Lightspeed stretched his legs.

"2" Lightspeed stretched his torso

"1" Lightspeed got in his starting stance.

"GO!" Lightspeed took off and went around the world again in one second.

"Told ya." Lightspeed said as he looked at Syntax with a smug look on his face.
