Surging Power

All of a sudden, Syntax's eyes shoot open and his eyes are flaming. He then emits a massive explosion of fire, destroying part of the Earth, and knocked out Lightspeed, sending him flying a million feet away, and tumbling for another 500 feet before finally coming to a stop. Lightspeed is damaged. His bandana is torn, and so is his suit. His shoes are fine, but he has a massive gash in his cheek. Lightspeed simply laid there, fully unconscious. Not quite in a coma, just unconscious.

"Instead of just simply destroying the city, why don't I just finish off this world?" Syntax thought out loud has he flew up to the moon. He arrived at the moon and faced toward the Earth, making a demonic fireball the size of Venus, and chucking it toward Earth at Mach 1.

Lightspeed finally wakes up, in pain. He looks around for Syntax, but doesn't see him. He hears screaming and looks around. He looks up and sees the fireball approaching. "Holy-" Lightspeed starts to say as Darkspeed just randomly rams into Lightspeed at full speed, causing them to merge, creating a completely new form for Lightspeed; Shockwave Lightspeed.

Shockwave Lightspeed is made up of black plasma with random blue cracks all over his body, not to mention his eyes are glowing white, and he also has an aura.

Lightspeed takes a second to realize what happened, but remembers the giant fireball, so he flies up to the fireball, going straight through it, making it dissolve. Syntax sees this and is more enraged than ever. His eyes turn fiery red, with the white part going blood red. He also gets a glowing red X like marking on his chest. This is Stage 3.

Lightspeed flies toward Syntax and throws a punch at Syntax, making him fly halfway around the moon. Syntax gets up and charges toward Lightspeed at Mach 40, getting ready to throw a massive punch at Lightspeed, but Lightspeed dodges Syntax's attack, and Syntax simply goes around the moon one more time before Lightspeed starts moving so fast, time itself slows to a stop.

Lightspeed takes a second to fly around Earth slowly, everything frozen in time.

"Everything may be frozen in time, but the Earth still looks just as beautiful as ever." Lightspeed says, going around the Earth one more time before heading back to the moon. Lightspeed then goes 1 septillionth of his top speed as Shockwave Lightspeed, which causes a rip in space time, and then Lightspeed continues to accelerate, going faster and faster, but still nowhere near close to a quarter of his top speed. Lightspeed is going so fast now, that reality itself starts to slowly but surely collapsing, but Lightspeed doesn't notice and keeps going faster and faster, until he reaches a quarter of his full speed as Shockwave Lightspeed and reality fully collapses.

Everyone in all of reality is erased form existence immediately, except for Syntax and Lightspeed, who are both stranded in an infinitely large white area, where nothing else exists. Time? Doesn't exist here. Reality? Nope. All of the observable universe? Nope. Just Syntax, Lightspeed and the Time Warp Gem.
