Suryeon panicked when she read Yoonhee's replied on her text.She quickly picked up the two birthday hats on the dining table and called the two twins, Lohee and Lorin. They decided to adopt and raise a kid again since Rona, Seokkyung and Seokhoon are already an adults and already busy with their lives. Though, they still not forgotten to visit them especially when there is an occasion but still having a kid around bring them happiness.

"Lohee-yah, Lorin-ah! Eomma is here. Come here quick and wear the birthday hats. We need to suprise eomma." Suryeon smiled at them when they immediately comply.

"Eomma is hereee?" Loring beamed cutely at Suryeon. "Can i give my letters to her first?" Lorin clinged to Suryeon's arm

"I drew Yoonhee eomma earlier, Eomma!! Also! Also! I wrote something for her too!" Lohee excited told Suryeon and Suryeon smiled proudly at them.

"Good job! But first we need to suprise eomma with the cake and sing a happy birthday song for her, okay?" Suryeon patted their head, she scanned the decorations they made earlier first. She smiled proudly as they did a great jon decorating it, then she get the cake they ordered. They walked infront of the front door. The twins follows her as well and they wait for Yoonhee excitedly.

Yoonhee got inside their house, her eyes widened when she saw the love of her life standing infront of her with a cake with the cute twins beside her.

"Happy birthday eomma!! Happy birthday eomma! Happy birthday our pretty eomma! Happy birthday to you!!!" Lorin and Lohee happily singing cutely for Yoonhee, both hugged Yoonhee's leg after singing.

"Eomma! Happy birthday! Uri nonini loves you!" Lorin said.

Yoonhee got teary at their suprise, she hugged the twins tightly and said:

"Thank you my loves. Eomma loves you too!" Yoonhee kissed their cheeks before looking at Suryeon.

"What is this? Is the emergency meeting at the company just an excuse so you can prepare all of this? Did you order my employees to do it?" Suryeon nodded at while smilling. Yoonhee approached her and she pecked her lips.

"Happy birthday babe! Did i do a great job?" Suryeon asked while poking her nose.

"Yes. And the kids too. I love you guys so much." Yoonhee said before the kids held her hands and pulling her with their little strength on the dinning area.

"Eomma! Eomma! We wrote a letters for you! Ppali, you need to see it and my drawing too!" Lohee excited telling her while jumping. Yoonhee looked at them, smilling.

"Arrasseo, show it to eomma." Yoonhee followed them and she glanced at Suryeon giving her a sexy wink and mouthed "let's have some fun later." Yonhee smirked and gave all her attention to twins who is happily showing her their little gifts.

Suryeon laughed at her while shaking her head. They follow them and watched them in admiration.

They celebrated Yoonhee's birthday happily and sexy and steamy after the twins go to sleep.
