It's Yoonhee's first time to celebrate Christmas to the company, a rookie to her team since she just started 3 months ago. She handed out small gift to everyone she knows as a small token of appreciation for helping her during her new trainee days. She was so grateful to everyone for welcoming her wholeheartedly and too grateful to her life that she found a good company that values her as a person and also values work-life-balance environment.

She about to go home after she got her food she ordered when she remember that she also prepared a gift for the CEO. Yoonhee picked it up and decided to drop it off on her way out. Not knowing her boss still inside, she just barged it without knocking. Her eyes went wide in shocked when she saw her boss sitting on her desk and staring into space in nothing.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry, Miss Shim.. I didn't know you were still here." Yoonhee said while bowing repeatedly but stopped when she got no response from her.

"Uhm.. Miss Shim..?" Yoonhee tried to waved her hand to her attention but no effect.

"Miss Shim? Are you okay??"

Suryeon snapped out from reality after hearing her voice. She looked at infront of her and saw Yoonhee trying to get her attention.

"Oh, Miss Oh? Why are you still here?" Suryeon stand up from her place and she walked near Yoonhee. She put her hands on her pocket and gave Yoonhee a small smile.

"I was trying to leave my gift for you here. I'm so sorry for being rude, I didn't know you still here." Yoonhee handed it to Suryeon and she glady took it.

"It's fine.. Thank you so much for the gift. you guys don't need to prepare gifts for me tho."

"We're just thankful for you because you're the best boss we ever have." Yoonhee grinned. Suryeon was staring at Yoonhee and found her smile too beautiful. She shook her head mentally and she walked to her desk chair.

"Are you about to go home? Take care on your way home and see you next year. Enjoy your holidays and take those days to relax." Suryeon looked at her for a while before she return working her paperworks that she still need to finish.

"Yes, Miss Shim.. You too.. Aren't you going home yet?"" Yoonhee asked curiously after she saw her boss started working again. She only saw her boss working all the time. she doesn't see her going home or eating her food timely.. she wonder if she taking good care of herself.

Speaking of food, she looked at the paper bag she holding and glanced back to her boss.

"Have you eaten yet? Do you want to eat with me? I actually ordered a lot of food. We can share if you want??" Yoonhee bravely offered, she took advantage of situation to ask her boss to eat with her, it was once in a lifetime opportunity and surely take her time to spend it out with her if she agrees. She will surely admire her beautiful face the whole time and cherish it for the rest of her life.

Suryeon looked at her and raised her eyebrow. She contemplating whether to accept her offer or not. She remember that she haven't eat yet since morning.

"Is it safe to eat?" Suryeon blurted out without thinking and Yoonhee burst out laughing.

"What? Ofcourse, it's tteokbokki, soondae and gopchang, this one is actually good. Have you tried this?" Yoonhee prepared the food on the coffee table not to far from her boss' desk, Suryeon immediately approached her and sit on the couch beside.When she saw the food, she mentally drool and felt how hungry she is at the sight of the food.

"I actually haven't tried these food, but since you already offering, i will try it.. Thanks for the food" Suryeon started to dig after Yoonhee offered her the chopsticks.

"Hmm, It's so soo good! I actually don't eat these type of food but i guess I should the others since this once actually good." Suryeon smiled genuinely at her.

Yoonhee was glad that her boss enjoying the simple food that she offered. She also started to eat while she watching her boss to eat.

"I'm glad that you were enjoying it. Should I bring you another dish for you try? How about mandu? have you tried those??" Yoonhee looked at her while chewing, she frowned when staring at her intently.

"Uhhh..? Why?" Yoonhee asked.

"Sounds like a plan.. Are you finally asking me out perharps?"

"W-what?" Yoonhee choked at her food. She grabbed the bottle water nearby and drink it all straight. She looked at her boss after, her face was flushed because of embarrassment and also to her sudden question.

"I-im not asking y-you out! Do you know that I have crush on you..? How did you know?"

"What?! You actually do? I thought your teammates was just teasing you!" Suryeon was actually shocked at the things she discovered. She didn't know it was true that Yoonhee has a crush on her and thought they were just teasing Yoonhee when she overheard them.

"I accidentally blurted it out on our team dinner that i have a crush on you. I was drunk that time and they already started teasing me after that. I'm sorry.. I hope you won't I'm taking an advantage this situation." Yoonhee explained.

Her boss was too stunned about what she learned and she became silent. Yoonhee sighed softly and stood up.

"I think I should go. I'm sorry for bothering you, Miss Shim. Enjoy the food."

"W-what? Wait, Yoonhee-ssi!" Suryeon quickly follow her and she grabbed Yoonhee's arm to make her stop from walking away.

"Wait! That's it? You won't do anything after I learned that you have a feelings for me? Like, you won't ask me if you can court me? Date me? or Something?" Suryeon was frustrated when Yoonhee just walk out fron her office and do nothing after she unexpected confession she got from her.

"Can I really do that?" Yoonhee looked at her sincerely.

"Why not?" Suryeon shrugged.

"Okay then! I'll call you later. I have to go." Yoonhee pressed the down button of elevator and headed inside.

"Wait! What? That's really that's it?" Suryeon looked at her puzzled at Yoonhee's lack of reaction.

"And you know my phone number??" Suryeon added, quite impressed on how Yoonhee get can get her personal number.

"Yep! I got it from your secretary. I have to go.. Change of plans, I need to spend my christmas now to my parents' house so we can have date tomorrow. I will call you when I got home." Yoonhee winked, she about to close the elevator door when she remember something.

"Ah! One more thing!" Yoonhee leaned closer to Suryeon's face and she steal a peck on her lips shyly. Yoonhee giggle.

"Merry Christmas, Boss!" Yoonhee quickly closed the elevator door before her boss can react. She giddily touched her lips. she can't believe she actually kissed her boss and most and foremost her ultimate crush. She can't believe that this would happened in her life. Her christmas is merriest indeed. The best Christmas gift she ever received.
