Surhee Oneshots

strange fate

After a long busy day at work, Yoonhee went to a bar to relax and take a few shots before she go home. Once she settled at the bar counter, the batender made her usual drink as she was regular at the place. She uttered a small thanks to the bartender after she got the drink and took a sip on it.

Yoonhee sighed in relief as soon as the alchohol hit her throat. It give relaxation to her body after all the stressful day she had. After awhile while enjoying her drink and food, she felt something heavy on her shoulder, she peeked on her side and saw a drunk woman's head leaning on her shoulder and seemed fell asleep after a drink she had. She glanced at the bartender and confirming if the lady really fell asleep.

"I think she's dizzy? She had two Bacardi"

Yoonhee eyes went wide after what he said. She looked at the lady again and gently tapped her shoulder.

"Hey.. miss? Are you okay?? Does she have a problem? Why did you give her that kind of drink and to think she's alone."

The brown haired women looked at her and give her a small smile. She rested her head again on Yoonhee's shoulder and she closed her eyes.

"I'm kinda dizzy. and I'm not sleeping.. Let me rest for awhile.. I'm sorry" the women mumbled. Yoonhee let her instead and patted her head gently.

"Let me call you a taxi after awhile or call someone to pick you up.. take a rest first."

Yoonhee resume drinking and she glanced at the woman resting on her shoulder from time to time to make sure that she's okay.  When she was done, she tapped her shoulder again and help her  to sit up straight slowly.

"Should you call someone to pick you up? Whom should I call? I will help you." Yoonhee smiled softly when the women looked at her.

"Y-yes p-please.. t-thank you and i'm sorry for bothering you.. can you please call Jina for me?"

"Alright, lean on my shoulder if you feel dizzy again.."

Yoonhee immediately looked for her phone and call her friend. She told her about her friend situation and the address of the bar.  She glanced at the woman infront of her and smiled.

"Your friend is coming. Let's wait for her." Yoonhee said.

"Are you okay? Do you have problem?? You drink a strong alcohol.. you will surely get a strong hangover tomorrow" Yoonhee added. She looked at the woman beside her again when she didn't response at what she have said and chuckled when she found her sleeping again. She looked at the bartender asked if she pay already, she smiled when the guy nodded. After awhile, her friend arrived and started nagging her drunk friend.

"Let me help, do have a ride?" Yoonhee stood up from her seat and help the friend of the woman to carry the woman up to her car.  She help her sit on the passenger seat, looked at her and smiled.

"Dont drink too much next time." she whispered and bid a goodbye to them. The friend thank her repeatedly before they go.

The next day, someone woke up with the massive headache. She moaned in pain while she holding her head. Her friend saw her and rolled her eyes in annoyance.

"Finally you awake! It's already 7 am, i think you need to prepare as far as I know you metioned yesterday you have an important meeting today." Jina started nagging at her and Suryeon jolt up abruptly and prepared for her work.

"Oh shit! Shit!" Suryeon rushed, she about to head out but look at her friend again

"How did I end up here?" Suryeon asked curiously. "Ah, nevermind. I'll call you later!" Suryeon rushed out and took a cab going to her place where the meeting will held and she was glad she arrived on time. Suryeon greet her team before they head inside the meeting room. They greeted the other people inside before they sat down.
