As filming wrapped up, the two actresses found themselves on friendly terms. Their friendship extended beyond the set, and they often shared stories and laughter over coffee or dinner.

One evening, Suryeon surprised Yoonhee with an invitation to her house, an invitation for her upcoming birthday party.

When Yoonhee arrived at Suryeon's residence, she quickly greeted her and gave her the gift she worked hard to make. It was a handmade vase that she can put all the flowers she received from everyone. It was nothing special but Yoonhee hopes that she will like it and appreciates her small gift.

"Unnie, Happy birthday to you!"

"Yoonhee-yah, I'm glad you made it. Omo~ Thank you for the gift, you don't have to. Your presence alone is already a gift to me" Suryeon smiled at her after she admired  Yoonhee's gift.

"I will leave you for awhile, try to mingle with others. I'll be back to you soon. I have something to tell too"  Suryeon winked before she approached her guest who just arrived.

Yoonhee let her and try to approach the other guests . Curious at what will her senior say but she set aside it first and focus what's current now.

Yoonhee overwhelmed by gratitude and excitement as she mingled with the guests, who congratulated her on her performance in the film. Telling them Suryeon guided her a lot during filming and It was all thanks to her.

As the night progressed, Suryeon guided Yoonhee to a more secluded corner of the room, she took a deep breath before looking at the younger in front of her, her eyes shimmering with warmth and affection.

"Yoonhee-ya, I wanted to take a moment to celebrate not only my birthday but also the beautiful connection we've formed. Your talent and dedication remind me so much of myself when I was starting out."
Yoonhee blushed, humbled by Suryeon's words. "Thank you, Yoonhee. Working with you has been a dream come true."
Suryeon's gaze intensified, and she took a deep breath again, gathering her courage. "Yoonhee, there's something I've been wanting to share with you. It's not just about your talent that impresses me. It's your spirit, your passion, and your ability to light up the room. You've become more than just a colleague to me."

Yoonhee's heart raced as she realized the gravity of Suryeon's words. Could it be that Suryeon felt the same connection she did? She held her breath, waiting for Suryeon's confession to continue.

Suryeon's voice grew softer, and her fingers trembled slightly. "Yoonhee, the truth is, I've found myself drawn to you in a way I never expected. I've admired your strength and determination, and... well, I've developed feelings for you."

Yoonhee's eyes widened in shock, a mixture of surprise and joy filling her heart. She had never anticipated that Suryeon's feelings would align with her own. As she opened her mouth to respond, Yoonhee's phone rang, interrupting the moment.
Yoonhee's expression shifted to one of frustration as she checked the caller ID. "I'm so sorry, Unnie. It's an urgent call I have to take. Can we continue this conversation later?"

Suryeon nodded, a blend of emotions swirling within her. "Of course, Yoonhee. Take your time."

"I'ms so sorry"

As Yoonhee stepped away to answer the call, Suryeon found herself in a whirlwind of emotions. She couldn't believe what had just happened. While she was elated by her confession, she also felt a twinge of disappointment that their moment had been interrupted.

Her heart sank. "I'll be there right away," Yoonhee replied, her thoughts racing back to the interrupted confession. She hung up and headed back to Suryeon, her eyes filled with regret.
