Before his death, Zero was a child genius, he invented several machines that made the people shocked and amazed, because of that he became nationally acknowledged.
Although his life wasn't perfect.
Although he was a genius, Zero still wanted to experience a little of what it was like as a normal child with a normal life.
As Zero was still young, he decided not to continue onto highschool because of his age. Being bored and having matured at a young age due to being an orphan after his parents died in an unfortunate car accident. Zero decides to become the legendary master Otaku.
Success called as Zero became obsessed with manga, anime, kdrama's and books.
Life as an Otaku wasn't bad for Zero, as he had a hobby after years of expressionless and lifeless living.
Having his own room in the orphanage basement, he could do as he wished, so watching and reading anime and books way past twelve wasn't a problem for him.
But at the age of thirteen he was diagnosed with stage two brain cancer.
Several of the sponsor's who where interested in the child genius, decided to invest into Zero's surgery and recovery.
But Zero's almost sleepless nights made the treatments practically useless.
Zero didn't care about his condition, so he made no effort in saving his own life.
So like all thing's in Zero's life, the surgery basically did nothing and the cancer came back with a vengeance.
Zero would experience extremely painful and severe headaches that would cause nose bleeds and passing out.
Due to this Zero was unable to move past the first year of highschool without going to the emergency room at least once a week, so he took online lessons and continued his life as the supreme master Otaku who never left his room unless in the case of emergency.
Thus Zero lived two years with almost incurable brain cancer.
As Zero became older his condition became worse.
Only having a month to live Zero decides to watch the Twilight saga because of the rumours of it being great and really interesting, once finished, he went on to the books.
After completing Twilight, Zero wanted to find something interesting to watch or read, but was unsuccessful in his search.
Frustrated and feeling rash, Zero decided to die on his own terms.
Zero snuck out of the orphanage, with difficulty, and found the highest building he could access, which was a seven story abandoned building.

As Zero looked at the night sky, he sighed and spoke, "I'm not gonna be all sentimental and ramble on about being sorry for leaving like this", Zero felt a headache start up as he swallowed thickly and ignored the pain.
"Im not afraid of death, I never have been, so I can finally leave this pathatic excuse for a life... Although the Otaku lifestyle wasn't a bad choice", Zero chuckled lightly as he lowered his head to gaze at the bustling city full of life.
He looked into himself and tried to find something to live for, but only found an empty abyss that would suck out all the life inside you.
Tears came to Zero's grey, almost white eye's, that only his black pupils where clear to see and even then, they looked to contain the stars and galaxies.
But the tears weren't of sadness but of frustration.
Why was it so hard to live a normal life.
"I guess this is the end", Zero sighed and stood up, pausing for a moment he spread his hands out, and jumped with his back to the ground.
As he looked up at the star covered sky and closed his eyes remembering his life in flashes.
He remembered his earliest memory which was of seeing himself in his mother's stomach, he remembered thier family trips to the beach and museums.
He remembered the accident.
Young Zero sat at the back of a grey Mustang, smiling and laughing as he sang along to his mother who was leaning over the seats to tickle her son.
"Be careful back there, don't sing too loud or the muff monster will get you". The whole family burst into laughter at the small joke.
'beeeeeep'.
Suddenly there was the loud shriek of a car horn. The man that looked to be in his late thirties looked up to see a truck driving on the wrong lane.
The man tried to swerve the car to the right, but it was too late.
"Sam, watch out!" The woman cried out as the car jerked to the side forcefully.
'beeeee....'
'Bang'.
A sound comparable to thunder rang in the almost empty road.
The grey car was turned over, the truck nowhere too be found probably fallen of the edge of the cliff. The car was almost unrecognisable, as the family's car had been hit by a large cargo truck.
Zero woke up in a panic as he looked around, finding his father to the right of him, Zero crawled towards him and shook him awake.
'ahhh', Zero's father groaned and shot up as he looked at his son frantically, seeing he was unharmed, he breathed a sigh of relief, coughing as he felt like he'd broken several of his ribs.
"Zero get out of the car", Zero's father spoke with a raspy voice, struggling to sit up, pushing at Zero.
"Pappa, what about mama?", Zero spoke with tears of fear and confusion in his eyes as he pointed to the unconscious woman bleeding profusely from the head.
The man struggled out of the seat and picked his four year old son up, almost falling at the pain in his body.
The man ran far from the car as he smelt the scent of gasoline. After putting his son down he ran as fast as he could to the car. As he struggled to get his wife unstuck from the seatbelt.
"Come on Lucy, don't do this to me , for our son." Sam spoke desperately.
But there was a spark and...
Zero screamed as he saw the car burst into flames with his parents still inside.
The force of the explosion threw his small body through the air and he hit a tree, Zero struggled and looked up as he felt blood trickle down his face, consciousness fading away.
"Mama, Pappa don't go", as the small bleeding boy said those words he fell unconscious.
***
Zero shook away those memories as he smiled up at the starry sky, as he let a few tears fall.
"Goodbye mama, pappa." He whispered as darkness took over.
