"What's going on?" Bella spoke while looking at Zero. Edward silently looked at Alice.
"I'm going now" Zero turned away composedly walking to heis ride.
Both siblings reached home, walking into the kitchen.
"What was that?"
Zero snapped out of his thoughts quickly as he looked at Bella, face staying the same as he spoke. "I asked you first."
Bella stayed silent for one minute and thirty seven seconds before she gave up. "We were just talking ok," reffaring to Edward and herself,"Now answer my question."
"Same as you." Bella's eye twitched 'clearly it was more'.
'Aren't you ashamed' Bella thought "...."
The unashamed Zero. "...(*￣(ｴ)￣*)."
Bella sighed. "Alright, I'm going to cook."
Zero nodded. "Im going outside."
He walked out of the back door, going to the woods behind the house. He walked for a bit before he climbed onto one of the trees.
He sat at the very top of the tree, looking up at the slowly appearing stars.
Zero breathed out, a puff of mist disappearing into the window.
He began humming. He closed his eyes and zoned out while humming.
"Zero." He heard Bella call him and opened his eyes calmly. Climbing down the tree, he walked home quickly, opening the door he was welcomes to the sight of his father and sister.
"Hi." He greated his father.
"Hey son, how was your day?" Charlie asked, smiling lightly, he seemed to be in a good mood.
"It was fine, yours?"
"It was great." Charlies smile grew after the question.
"Lets eat, the foods getting cold." Bella brought the dishes.
The family sat at the table and began eating.
Charlie spoke up. "So wanna go out after dinner...?"
"Sure" Bella nodded after swallowing her food.
"ok."
"Ok lets just take a walk... helps with digestion."
...
"Lets go." Charlie stepped out into the chilly night.
Rubbing his fingers together Charlie asked. "So how's school going so far?"
Zero looked up into the starry sky and sighed. "Expect the unexpected because everything could change in a matter of 10 seconds..."
Charlie and Bella stared at the far away yet close look on Zero's pale face.
"lets get back home it been a while." Charlie suggested.
"yeah there's some stuff i wanna do tomorrow morning." Bella chimed in.
"mn."
"and its back to the short reply's." Bella rolled her eyes.
"yeah yeah, life is full of surprises." Charlie spoke while dragging Bella's hand slightly to get their journey back started.

" sleep well."
"yah"

"are you guys ready" Charlie asked while putting his work jacket on.
"yeah, lets go zero"
Zero stepped out of the house as he spoke. "mn, stay safe."
"...y-yeah have a good day." Charlie turned away after waving.
"you wanna ride with me today." Bella opened the truck door.
"no ill take the bike." zero walked to his kawasaki Ninja. "beautiful, when last did i touch you."

the low sound of his bike coming to life sounded as he zoomed of to school.
"Dont die on me you hunk of junk..." 'bang bang...vrooom' "yes! " bella backed out into then rode and followed that oh so beloved path to school.
"hahaha." charlie shook his head as he locked the house and walked to his police car.
