**Danielle's POV**

"Charlie?" I asked in shock

"Danielle? What are you doing here?" He questioned as he gave me a hug

"I...uh...I'm on tour with these guys. Why are you here?"

"Oh...Hayes called me. He didn't tell you guys?"

I shook my head and looked at Hayes who looked away

"Why'd he call you?" I asked

"He said he needed help with his girlfriend" he said nonchalantly

Little did he know it was me

For those of you who are wondering, Charlie is my best friend from 6th grade but he moved to North Carolina last year

"I-I need to go to my room" I said

"Oh...um, are you ok?" He asked me

I nodded my head and pushed past Hayes into the elevator

He stepped in right as the doors were about to close and I groaned

"What Hayes" I said looking at the ground

"I'm sorry, I didn't know you knew him" he apologized

"It's not even that Hayes! The fact that you had to call up one of your "bros" to help you come up with a descent excuse is ridiculous!" I shouted at him

"I don't need his help!" He yelled

"Then why'd you call him!?!" I asked

"I...uh...I don't know Danielle, I was mad cause Nash told me about you and Jacob and I've screwed up so many times...I don't know what to do anymore" he sighed as he scratched the back of his neck

I didn't exactly have a response...I guess I wasn't really expecting that answer

"Um..." I started but he cut me off

"I'm so so sorry Danielle...what can I do for you to forgive me?" He asked

"I-I-I don't know...I'm sorry Hayes" I whispered as I walked out and down the hallway

**Charlie's POV**

"What the hell was that?" I asked after Danielle went to the elevator

"Are you really that clueless?" Said Danie

"I guess so...care to explain"

"Danielle is Hayes' ex"

"Wait...say what!?!"

She rolled her eyes

"I wonder why he didn't tell me" I said

"He probably didn't think you knew her" she replied

I sighed "this is gonna be a long week isn't it?"

"Yup" everyone answered
