the two harbingers got onto the ship from snezhnaya to mondstadt, ready for the journey that awaits them, not knowing how it'll end, but knowing they 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 be successful.

i stretched my arms and yawned quietly and leaned over the railing on the ship, waiting for the ship to mondstadt to set sail. i rested my chin on my hand and la signora began talking.

"so, how are we meant to get to know eachother?"

"i dont know, i havent exactly been in a situation like this, hm.."

i paused for a moment thinking on how to get the beautiful woman beside me to open up and get to know me, because really, i kind of wanted to know about her. i had always respected and admired her ever since I started working for the fatui. she was usually cold and rude to many, yet to me she wasn't.

"what's your favourite type of weather?"

she interrupted my thoughts and i gave a smile and turned to look into her eyes.

"i like storms, it reminds me of inazuma, a place i went before and enjoyed, the loud thunder making children jump makes me giggle, yet the sound is so relaxing, im sorry i started ranting, what's yours?"

i stopped speaking with a small blush on my face from when i got lost in my talking about inazuma, the place i loved.

"snow, it has a homely feeling to it, maybe because i'm always in snezhnaya where the snow always feels homely and nice, but either way, the snow reminds me of the first times i set foot in snezhnaya, the moments i would never forget. yet i also enjoy the weather in mondstadt and sumeru."

her smooth voice which you could listen to for hours spoke, her grey eyes staring down into the oceans of snezhnaya, sneaking glances at me every few moments making me shiver slightly.

"do you like reading?"

i asked with a small smile.

"well of course, who dosen't enjoy reading?"

"do you read anything in specific"

a small blush found its way to her cheeks and she muttered quietly

"romance.."

my eyes widened in surprise, who would've thought such a professional women like signora herself would read romance? i would've expected her to read about history.

"wait really? finally someone who reads romance, thank god i'm not the only one!!"

i spoke excitedly, a large grin on my lips and a giggle escaped my mouth.

"yes.. now don't make such a big deal out of it."
she blushed harder in embarrassment.

"ehe, sorry sorry," i laughed at her flustered cheeks, how adorable she was, it was hilarious to me.

once we arrived in mondstadt, we searched for a small inn outside the city that la signora mentioned to me, i followed her around as i was unfamiliar with the city, since i had only been a few times for short stays

once we arrived in mondstadt, we searched for a small inn outside the city that la signora mentioned to me, i followed her around as i was unfamiliar with the city, since i had only been a few times for short stays. she seemed to be quite familiar with the city, knowing it like the back of her hand.

once we found the small inn she spoke about, we bought a room to stay in then left, to go to the city.

we walked to the city hand in hand after deciding it's better to pretend we a couple so less people would get suspicious of us. i yawned.

"im tired signora" i whined.

"y/n, you can sleep later you idiot." she spoke.

suddenly we saw a dragon flying from the distance into the city, multiple tornadoes flying around the statue, my eyes widen in shock. i has never seen anything like that. a poor young looking traveler getting sucked up by the tornado. i tightened my grip on her hand and pointed.

"signora look!!" i spoke.

"poor girl." she carelessly said, watching the girl now flying in the air, now having a battle with the girl.

"that dragon, it's dvalin! " signora spoke, watching the battle they were having in amusement. how interesting. the dragon they call dvalin now flying away and the young woman flying down to land safely. i sighed in relief.

"i'll handle this myself now." signora said with a smirk.

"the fair lady and the divine twelth is there anything i can do for you both?" she asked.

"speak to acting grand master jean for us, tell her that if she dosent find a way to prevent the attacks of dvalin, then she may as well just leave the protection of mondstadt in the hands of the fatui." la signora spoke sternly with confidence, "i trust you'll succeed in leaving mondstadt in the hands of the fatui, right? and find out about that traveler woman who fought dvalin. thank you"

"of course la signora, anything for you" the woman bowed her head in respect, we left for the day, and made our way back to the small inn nearby
