I was sitting in Hassani's Cafe hoping Fatima wasn't going to call me while I was on this date with Tahany . Hoping Tahany wouldn't stand me up either .

I look towards the door and see her graciously walking towards the table . She looked so beautiful ma shaa allah . I was a lucky guy .

" Salam wailakum." She told me while I stood up to give her a hug.

" Wailakum Salam." she said returning the hug and sitting down .

" How was work today ?" I asked her genuinely curious . I haven't heard her talk about her day in so long .

" It was good , I modeled these beautiful abayas ." She told me .

" I can see, it's very beautiful on you ma shaa allah ." I complimented .

" Thank you , how was work ?" She asked me .

" You know the usual , just been working on the movie coming out ." I told her .

" That's good alhamdullilah, May Allah make it easy ." She told me.

" Ameen." "so you ready to order ? " I asked

30 mins later ~

Our food finally came out and while we were waiting we were just catching up with everything and I just miss my wife so much .

" So I just wanna say I'm sorry about everything that's happened up till now ." I told her while eating my meat .

" Yea I'm sorry too I shouldn't have went this long without clearing the air and sleeping in the guest room ." She told me .

" It's alright ." I said .

" You just we're not understanding me and why I was mad, she was sitting on your table and you guys were looking pretty intimate , your married Ibrahim ." She told me .

" I'm so sorry , and your right ... I'm going to be honest she still working with the company but I'll fire her this time for real , next week she's gone ... ." I told her .

I was going to fire her for real if that's what would make my wife happy.

" Yea I knew she was still working there ." She said rolling her eyes .

" But yea she's gone and I love you." I told her giving her a kiss .

" I love you too ." She told me as my heart skipped a beat .

" Your birthday is next weeeek , awww my baby is turning legal , the big 21." I said teasing her .

" I know righttt , it's crazy ." She said.

I'm going to plan something special for her because she's been through a lot and my baby deserves the best .

Ibrahim is slowly coming back to his senses as he should
