Chapter 83 ✨

One week later

Tahany ~

It was a week later and we were back in New York from Philly . It felt good to be back in my own apartment . The downside about being back in New York was that I had to see Ibrahim almost everyday because I was going to be an actress in his movie .

In his movie I was going to be a hijabi heroine. I was going to drop out of the movie but I actually wanted this role and I auditioned and tried to get the spot like everyone else did so I felt like I deserved it .

I haven't seen Zakariyah in so long so he was going to come over on Friday and I was going to cook a little something.

Today I was going on set to shoot another scene . I was taking Housain with me because I was there and his father was there so we could both keep an eye on him .

Currently I was driving to set and I was on FaceTime with Surraiyah. She was still in Philly after we left because they were going to visit some family there before they came back to New York .

" I miss youuu Raiyah . How was the families ?" I asked her .

" I miss you moree and they were good . It was maybe one or two weird people but other than that it was great ." She said .

" Alhamdullilah, I went to see your mom yesterday and everything is fine alhamdullilah. You don't have to stress out about her ." I reassured her after everything that went down .

" Thanks so much , I just can't believe my father . Like why would he bring his pregnant wife to live in the same house as them . And I absolutely can't believe I'm going to have a sibling . I always wanted a sibling but at this point I'm grown asf and if I have a kid they'll be close in age and my kid will be calling them aunt or uncle ." She told me .

" Who knows , it can be good for you ." I told her .

" I know when I get back my dad Is going to make me have a relationship with Zainab which I don't really want . She's nice and all but I just don't wanna hurt my mother ." She said .

" Don't worry , when you come we'll figure it out but I'm at set now so I'll call you later . Kisses ." I said hanging up as I got out the car with Housian .

Later on that day

We wrapped up on set and I was talking to a couple of my new co workers when Ibrahim came up to me.

" What ?" I asked him .

" I wanted to tell you good job today and I'm sorry about calling you out your name." He said .

" Thanks ." I said . I was honestly tired of arguing with this man.

" So I'm taking Housian with me until next week Monday is that okay ?"

" Okay let me say bye to him ." I told him
