Transcendental.

Another truth.

While Lena and Luci get up early, after 2 days of being in the same house for Annie, they pulled guns out, filling them with silver rounds.
They couldn't stand being around her, Annie was always so negative about everything, and they needed to get away from it, so they found themselves a werewolf case.
"where y'all heading?"
Annie says, tapping her coffee mug as she smirked at the two hunters.
"out."
"not without me."
She followed the two into the car as Luci and Lena groaned, shutting the doors as she did the same.

Once they were driving, everything was unsatisfyingly silent.
"so.. How's your life so far?"
Annie spoke as Luci rolled his eyes.
"I don't know, I died, came back because Michael pulled me out.. It was really nice seeing Lena again, and seeing Calah, but Yknow.. Seeing you made my life significantly worse."
He said, his voice dropping a couple octaves.
Lena cleared her throat, looking through her papers, reading them as she felt the anger and frustration off of Luci.
"so get this, the victims had their hearts ripped out, so it is a werewolf."
They said, trying to get Luci's mind off of his mother.
Luci chuckled and smiled at the sound of his little siblings voice, almost immediately calming down as his shoulders relaxed.

Once they got out, they had their suits on as Annie put hers on, using fake FBI badges.
Luci and Lena pulled theirs out as Annie got in the middle of them.
"I'm agent, white and these are two trainees, we're working something small for them, so Yknow.. They might get a little.. Nervous around blood. Show me the body."
Luci groaned as he rolled his eyes, shoving the badge in his pocket as he walked behind Annie, next to Lena.
"what's her deal?"
"don't know if you could tell, she's stealing our case."
Lena groaned as the doctor pulled back the covers, handing Annie the clipboard as he walked out.

"what the hell was that?"
"what was what?"
"you know what, you just made me and Lena seem like the biggest idiots around!"
"oh please, I'M better at this. And you know it."
"'oh pLeASe'"
Lena mocked as she scoffed.
"next time, YOU'RE the trainee."
Luci growled, looking at the body.

Time skip!
When they found the werewolf, Luci pulled out his silver knife, walking to the werewolf.
He bared his teeth as Luci backed up, then he got close enough.
He lunged at the werewolf, then Annie shot her pistol, getting luci on the back as he fell to the floor, gasping.
Lena shot her gun to the werewolf as the werewolf fell to the floor with a loud thud, and it was dead.
"Lena- Lena.. My back, my back! There's a bullet, it hurts.. I.. I feel weak-"
Annie looked a bit shocked, then she shoved her pistol in her backside, putting it away as she walked to Luci.
"you'll live."
"you shot me."
"you were in my way."
"so you shoot me?!"
"I thought I had him!"
"I was in FRONT of him for 2 minutes, you knew what you did."

They walked in the house as Luci coughed up blood.
Then Michael walked to Luci, placing a finger on his head as he was healed, and the bullet was pushed out.
"he got in my way and I accidentally shot him."
Michael tilted his head as his eyebrows furrowed.
"I didn't get in your damn way, I was in front of the damn werewolf the entire time, you knew what you did, and from the wag I stood, you never had a clear shot. You weren't even aiming for him, considering where you shot me."
"why do you always have to give me a hard time?"
"you do that enough to yourself."
"is it because of Tony? Or.. Or maybe you just want someone to hate other than yourself?"
"it isn't because of any of that, when you were out hunting, I was alone. I was alone with my little brother, and I took care of him."
Michael turned to Luci quickly of this new information, as did Calah, then calah slowly walked over to the people.

"you're blaming his death on me?"
"I'm blaming you, because you'd rather hunt than spend some time with your own fucking family. You didn't care for him or me, and when I wanted to live with dad, and my little brother and me walked to his house, you drove so damn fast, you HIT HIM. and I had my brothers blood on my hands. That's on you, Annie, NOT ME."
Her eyebrows furrowed as she pointed her gun to Luci as he scoffed and smiled.
"you wouldn't do it."
"I lost my husband, my child.. Everything. I wouldn't mind losing someone who doesn't care for me."
"I HATE you."
Luci growled.

"Of course you did, oh and I'M sure you hate your father too? None of us really accepted you, he still called you, [...] and I still call you that too."
"that's not my name."
"it's what you were born with."
"yeah, and your name is Margret? Right?"
"shut up."
"Ooohhhhhh, you hate it when I do it? What gives you the damn right.."
"Shut the fuck up."
Luci holds the gun from her and nearly rips it out of her hands as he smashed it on the floor, shattering it as Lena and Michael backed away, as well as Calah, shock covering their very soul.

She grabbed a knife from her pocket, trying to stab luci, but he moves, as Michael grasps the blade from her forcefully, then Luci placed two fingers on her, causing her to zap back at her house.
Luci then sighed as he walked to the couch, sitting on it, breathing heavily. Lena, Michael, and Calah, then sit with him, as he stares at the TV, which was just a black screen, then he smiles.
He finally faced Annie without much issue. He used to be scared of her, but not much anymore, knowing shes mostly talk.

Then now, he can rest in peace.
A new day will start.
