Lena started researching about fallen angels, angels without their wings.
She wanted to understand what was happening to Luci, and honestly, it scared almost everyone in the house.
Everyone except Adam.
They're only guess was that he knew but he didn't want anyone else to know.
While researching Lena had found a case, but since Luci was hurt he couldn't be the one backing her up, so she called in Calah who happily agreed to go on the hunt.
Despite their last hunt, she packed her bags and took out some guns.

One the way there, calah was cleaning both her guns and Lena's, as Lena used Luci's impala.
It was the only working one at the time as Lena's had broken down.
They figured it to be a vengeful spirit, so it was at least something easy, and still a win to bring home.

Luci got up from his bed as he groaned, almost immediately falling back down due to the discomfort on his shoulder blades.
He rolls over and decides to get up anyways, putting a tanktop on, and his black jeans, getting up and pulling his phone out, calling Lena.
"Hey, lean bean."
"yes, lu?"
"where are you, you always wake up before me?"
"that's not true. I'm going on a hunt with Calah, and from the killings, it seems to be a vengeful spirit, so I thought it'd be nice to bring a win home with everything that's been happening."
"sounds good, let me know if you need backup."
"okay.. I love you."
"I love you too."
Luci smiled, hanging up as he brushed his teeth, going outside when he was done, grabbing his toolbox on his way out.

He went to fix the car that lena had, and even though he showed her how to fix one, she couldn't.
He understood though, it takes time to fix something complicated.

Calah started putting the guns back together as he handed one to lena, and she shoved hers in her waist band.
Lena did the same as Calah tosses the dirty towel to the back of the car.
Of course they got a motel first, having to put the bags away and rest up, while putting everything together.

They opened the door as Calah and Lena walked in, dropping their bags close to their bed as they sat and started loading their guns with rock salt.
"if this doesn't turn out to be a spirit, then it has to be a demon."
Lena says as she handed Calah the blade luci used.
"Right, and I'm guessing the chances of that are slim but not zero?"
"exactly."
Lena smiles as they rested up.

The next day, they woke up and did what they needed to do, getting the fake badges on and walking around, asking questions about it and or, where the person was buried.
"Jack shit.."
Calah sighed as she out her hair down.
"yeah.. It must be a demon."

"Yeah-! It must be."
A man says as he flips a coin into his hand, then the two girls flip their heads into his direction, grabbing the guns from their waistband.
He smiled as his eyes flashed to this red color, then back to the vessels eyes.
"You don't want to use that on me, my vessel is very much still alive."
He smirks as Calah and Lena both smirked.
His smile fades as he looks up and down, seeing a devil's trap on the floor and ceiling.

He cussed under his breath as Calah passes Lena some holy water.
"do your thing."
Lena starts the exercising spell, knowing it from memory as the demon leaves the man's body, and burns into the floor, keeping him in hell.
"where am I?"
The man asked after gasping in air, rubbing his eyes as he looked at both lena and Calah.
"you were so fucking drunk."
Calah wheezed, as she hid her gun.
Lena caught on as she hid her gun and started giggling.
"We have some water for you, and if anything, we also have medicine for your headache if you have a hangover?

The day went on as Calah started driving, laughing a bit to herself, knowing that Luci would never let any of them touch his car, only if really needed.
She found it funny, considering the fact that everyone living with them HAS used the car.
"well, we have a win to bring home."
Lena says, smiling as Calah smiled to herself.
"yeah.. I'm glad. This feels nice."

They drove back home to see it was already dark out, a toolbox next to Lena's car and Luci wiping his head, looking to at the sky.
"so, you're stargazing?"
Luci smiled as he gets up, hugging both lena and Calah.
"got a win?"
"YUP! And Calah was sure to cover her tracks, since it was a demon."
Luci smiled cheekily, looking to Calah.
"Smart girl! You're a natural!"
Calah blushed a bit as she rubbed the back of her head.
"ah shucks, it wasn't that good."

"well, Adams awake, as well as Michael.. Apparently they wanted to.. 'cook in peace'.. I can never understand, but hell. He's a part of this fucked up group."
Calah smiled as she lightly punched Luci's arm.
"The four horsemen of the apocalypse."

Everyone gets inside as they placed their bags down where they needed them.
Usually in their rooms, since everyone has a bag that they put their things in.
So most of it was theirs.
As they sat down, Adam placed the plates down, as he dramatically bows.
"this is possibly better than Gordon Ramsey, feast your eyes."
Everyone smiled, as Adam laughed.
"I'm joking, Michael wanted me to make Lena's favorite, since it's pretty hard to do, but damn does it taste good."

Everyone finished eating as Luci walked out the house, then everyone exchanged a glance, Adam nodding.
Adam walks out slowly, to see Luci, looking up as the stars as he smiled.
Adam smiled softly as he layed on the hood of the car, next to Luci.
Looking up at the sky.
"Hey.."
"Hi.."
They chuckled a bit, not moving their eyes away from the sky.

"I just wanted to say.. You went through a lot, this year. I'm surprised you're still up and moving, because I know I'll never be able to do that."
Luci looked to Adam, his eyes a bit wide, he was surprised.
"I just... Well.."
Adam looked to Luci, then kept eye contact as Luci smiled a bit.
"I'm glad you stuck with me.. I'm glad everyone did, because when I was in hell, in the cage.. Nothing good happened there and it must've been hard to keep track of cases, research, ME, cleaning, cooking, making sure Lena's safe.."

Luci kept smiling, looking at Adam as Adams face flushed a bit.
"what..?"
Adam nearly yelled out, his face slowly getting redder as Luci shook his head, smilimg still.
"no.. Nothing. I just don't hear it often."
Luci looked back up at the sky as he sighed.
"you.. You're.. You and Michael mean a lot to me. I would gladly work 5 jobs to keep everyone here safe and sound. Also relaxed."
Adam smiled, looking up once more.
"I remember doing this in highschool."
"yeah.. This was fun back then. Now I'm just glad we have time for it."
Luci chuckled as did Adam.
