"Hey, Scott?"

"Yeah?"

"So, um...I left my car at Freddy's..." I was hoping Scott would take the hint.

"That's fine. I can take you back there." He chuckled. Phew.

About 20 minutes later, Scott and I finished breakfast. He told me I could keep his sweatshirt which I was grateful for. As we were walking to the car, Scott stepped in front of me and opened the passenger door. I blushed at the gesture.

"Thanks, Scotty." I grinned. Scott had his phone mask back on but I could tell he was flustered.

"Y-yeah..."

"So, um, Y/N..." Scott walked in the other side and started his car up.

"Yeah?"

"The shift at Freddy's is going to be very difficult tonight." Scott sighed.

"I know. In fact, maybe you should stay home." I gave him a stern look.

"What? No! I want you to stay home! I'll do the shift for you." Scott waved his hands in the air.

"Scott, it's my shift. I would rather you stay home."

"I'm not leaving you in danger, Y/N." Scott coldly responded.

"I'll be fine, Scott." I huffed.

"You aren't changing my mind. I'm coming."

"...are you sure?" I looked back over at him.

"I am."

It was around 11:56 PM when I arrived at Freddy's. I walked towards the door and I noticed something strange. All the lights were off before 12. When I tried opening the door, it wouldn't budge. Someone locked it.

"LET ME IN!!" I pounded on the doors. I heard a faint voice call out to me.

"Sorry, Y/N. It's for your own safety." It was Scott, he locked the doors on me.

"SCOTT! NO! ITS DANGEROUS, YOU NEED MY HELP!" I continued banging the door with my fists.

"If it's dangerous then I don't want you here..." I heard footsteps walking further and further away.

"SCOTT!"

"..."

"NO! LET ME IN!"

"..."

"SCOTTY!"

"..."

Nothing. The time was past 12 and Scott's shift started. I knew I couldn't leave Scott alone in that shift, it's a two person job. I came up with a plan to climb through one of the windows and make a run towards the security room. I would have to act now because the animatronics are more active as the night goes on.

I climbed on top of one of the trash cans outside, and used a bobby pin to unlock the window. Thankfully, it worked, unlike with the door. I was barely able to squeeze through the window but I managed.

Once I was in, I realized I was in one of the backrooms. I cautiously opened the door and peaked my head out in search for any robots. The coast was clear. I put one foot out and made a run for the office.

Suddenly, I heard whirring from behind me. I turned my neck as I was running and saw Chica. My breathing quickened as I picked up the pace and saw Chica running behind me.

I was lost, and I was running out of breath. I had no idea what backroom I entered but it was no where near the office. Chica is still following me and as I slow down, she gets closer every step. I was beginning to accept my defeat when suddenly, someone tugged on my waist and pulled me in a room.

I looked around, it was the office. Had I been running in circles the whole time? The office was heavily camouflaged. I groaned at my stupidity. I could've avoided Chica much quicker. I looked up at my savior, of course, it was Scott.

His arms were crossed and even though his mask was one, I could feel his eyes piercing through mine. He looked furious.

"Y/N, ARE YOU CRAZY?! YOU COULD'VE BEEN KILLED!" Scott screeched. I sat up from the floor and returned the glare.

"I couldn't leave you alone with this shift. I'm here now, just let me help." I whined.

"Fine. But we are going to talk about this afterwards." Scott groaned. He handed me the security camera and I sat down in the office chair, fidgeting with it.

"If I knew you were running in circles for the past 5 minutes, I would've helped you sooner." I heard a faint sigh.

"I was running in circles?!" I nearly yelped.

"Yes. I didn't notice until now because I was trying to conserve my battery." Scott placed a hand on his mask.

"Well, I'm fine now. Let's just get this shift over with." I gave him a reassuring grin.

"Y/N..."

"Yeah?"

"Have you ever thought of, y'know...quitting?" Scott crossed his arms.

"Yeah, but we have to complete the first five days, don't we?" I looked up from the pad.

"Yeah, but when we do, I want you to take that chance." Scott said sternly.

"I'm not leaving unless you leave." I huffed, bringing my attention back to the screen.

"I'll make a deal with you...if you leave I'll leave."

"...But Scott..."

"Yeah?"

"How will we see each other?" I tried my best to not sound disappointed.

"If anything we'll have more time to see each other without work. Besides, I'm sure we can both apply for a new job together." Scott chuckled, warmly.

"I'd like that." I grinned.

"Me too. So will you please quit?" Scott nearly begged.

"It's a deal." I chuckled. Scott and I stared at each other for a short while, until I had to bring my attention back to the cameras.

There, was Bonnie. He was standing right outside our door, waiting. I screamed at Scott to shut it and thankfully, he was quick enough. I panicked. Did I really almost cause my only friend to die..?

"Are you alright?" Scott noticed my panicked state.

"Yeah, I'm so sorry. I could've gotten you killed!" I hugged my knees.

"Y/N, I'm fine. I'd rather you do the safer job anyway, and you're doing great." Scott gave me a thumbs up, I chuckled and sat down in my chair.
