Thankfully, Vincent and I were able to finish our shift without dying. I didn't even say goodbye to Vincent as I was already sprinting out the door to check on Scott.
His voice was weird when I had called. Not to mention what he was saying, it didn't even make any sense. I hoped it was really just the drugs the nurse put him on...but why would that change his voice?
About 20 minutes later, I arrived at the hospital Scott was staying at. I went over to the front desk and they gave me the room he was currently staying in. Again, I went as fast as I could over to his room and didn't hesitate to open the door.
Scott was asleep. But I could tell he was in a lot of pain. His body had bandages all over it and I could even see blood seeping through them. The only thing that remained uninjured was his face. Which looked very disturbed.
Scott was tossing and turning in his sleep. I could hear him muttering things but I was too far away to hear. So I walked over to his bedside and took a seat, trying to understand what he was dreaming about.
"No...please.........Y/N......" Scott twisted and turned. Was he dreaming about me? Why? I wanted to wake him up but I knew he needed his rest, I just hoped that the dream he had would eventually end.
I felt so much guilt. If I had just come into my shift earlier than Scott could've avoided all this. Not to mention, Vincent and I had to leave him outside for a few minutes before the ambulance came. I was sick to my stomach. He could've been kidnapped! I was just glad he was alright.
I took another look at him.
Was he really alright?

It's been a few days since Scott's gotten injured. The nurse's say he hasn't really been awake. They'll give him food and he'll immediately go right back to bed after. The only thing they have to report to me is his strange behavior. Which I was determined to figure out.
I knew it had something to do with Freddy's. But I didn't know what happened to him. If only he were awake to tell me his side of the story, I could find a way to help him.
Right now, I was walking inside the hospital to give Scott another visit. It was around 10 AM, but I usually went around this time to visit him anyway.
The past few days I had been looking for a new job. I officially quit Freddy's and Vincent actually did the same. He had been visiting Scott as well but at different times. Scott was fired from Freddy's due to his lack of attendance so I was grateful for that.
As I walked in the room I noticed something unusual. Scott was awake. He had never been awake during my visits. In general, he hadn't. I wanted to rush over to him and shower him with hugs and kisses but I remembered he wasn't his usual self. So instead, I cautiously walked over to his bedside and took a seat, placing my hand on his. Scott looked at me seeming very confused, but remained silent.
"Scott, it's me Y/N. Do you remember anything?" Due to his confused look, I wasn't sure if he had suffered any memory loss. I knew he hadn't been hit in the head, but maybe the drugs had affected him.
"Uh, I'm here to talk you through some of the things you can expect to see during your first week here and to help you get started down this new and exciting career path..." Scott spoke confidently. I raised a brow at this. Is he hallucinating? Maybe he thinks he's recording a message right now...but this is different. I had heard his voice messages, this was different than the previous ones.
"Uh, now, I want you to forget anything you may have heard about the old location, you know. Uh, some people still have a somewhat negative impression of the company. Uh... that old restaurant was kind of left to rot for quite a while, but I want to reassure you, Fazbear Entertainment is committed to family fun and above all, safety." Scott continued to ramble. I tried to snap him out if it but nothing seemed to work.
"Scott..."
"They've spent a small fortune on these new animatronics, uh, facial recognition, advanced mobility, they even let them walk around during the day. Isn't that neat?"
"Scott."
"But most importantly, they're all tied into some kind of criminal database, so they can detect a predator a mile away. Heck, we should be paying them to guard you."
"SCOTT!" I shook him. He seemed to snap out of his weird dream as he blinked and looked up at me, startled.
"Y/N?! You're alive!" Before I could question him, Scott pulled me into a hug and kissed my forehead. This, was the Scott I knew.
"Why wouldn't I be..?" I pulled away from him.
"When I was trapped in the backrooms these voices told me you died...I was so upset that I didn't even see this Golden Bear behind me..." Scott explained. I continued to hold his hand, as a sign of comfort.
"Golden bear? You mean that old bear, Golden Freddy?" I glanced up at him.
"Uh, yeah...I don't really want to talk about it. How long have I been like this?" Scott shifted the conversation. That was strange behavior for him, but I went along with it.
"A few days. But Scott, you've been saying and doing some pretty weird things..."
"Like what?" He arched his brows.
"You've been repeating phone calls, and saying some strange things I would never expect you to say..." I sighed, not daring to make eye contact with him.
"Oh, no! I didn't say anything romantically weird, right?!" Scott yelped. I giggled at his reaction.
"What? No. I meant other weird things..." Scott relaxed slightly.
"Like what?"
"It's just...your voice and your tone changed towards me. You didn't even acknowledge my existence. It felt like you were possessed or something..." Scott chuckled nervously at my words.
"Scott, are you not telling me something?"
"What?! No. I'm as confused as you are!" Scott leaned back in defense.
"You're lying."
"No, I'm not!" His voice cracked.
"Please, tell me the truth I just want to help." I nearly glared at him.
"You'll get hurt." Scott huffed.
"If it's for you, I don't care."
