Chapter 4

          I sat there watching her as she cleaned her naked body covered in blood from the gunshots. I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming this or not. It felt real. But then it didn’t. I didn’t know what to think anymore.

          Katey looked up at me and smiled her beautiful smile and asked if I had any clothes she could change into. I gave her an old t-shirt and a pair of jeans and sneakers that she could wear and showed her where the bathroom is. “You sure you don’t want to join me?” Katey asked with her erotic smile.

I said no and walked outside.

          What is happening to me? Why is this happening to me? It’s too soon I can’t face the woman who broke my heart a year ago I just can’t! Just breathe Tristian don’t panic you can do this. Oh my god I can’t do this I still love her. I love her so much.

          Katey walked out and walked behind me and wrapped her arms around my waist and said that she missed me. I smiled to myself thinking that I really did love her and miss her to. Wait! I turned around and looked Katey in the eyes and asked her to explain herself. She sighed and looked down. “Tristian you may need to sit down”. Katey went on to explain everything that had ended up ending our relationship.

          Katey told me that she had been alone all her life because she couldn’t trust anyone with her family secret. Katey was born a werewolf a true blood werewolf which was rare these days. She told me she just had a feeling that she should go into that second hand bookstore and that’s when she spotted me and just knew that I was the one for her. But she started to worry that I would get suspicious when she would leave during the night and she had to make the decision to leave me for my own safety.

          I asked her why couldn’t she be honest and trusting and just tell me? Katey shook her head and said that she was afraid I wouldn’t love her anymore because she was a monster. That’s when she looked down defeated I felt so much for her I couldn’t stay angry at her. Katey did this because she loved me. I told her that she wasn’t a monster she was beautiful, I told her that I love her. She looked up and smiled with watery eyes. I stood up and kissed a tear away whilst I hugged her tightly. Katey hugged me back and rested her face in my shoulder and cried her pain for hurting me when she left me.

          I held her hand as I walked her to the bedroom and started to kiss her passionately. I felt that electric shock feeling I get every time I kiss her or touch her and absolutely loved it. We kissed for what seemed like an eternity then I started to take her shirt off then her jeans. I pushed her onto the bed after I took my clothes off and jumped on the bed next to her and kissed her some more. We spent the whole night kissing, feeling, touching, tasting, and experiencing every inch of each other. It felt like we were making up for the times we spent away from each other and it was amazing.

          I’ve never felt so perfect till this time right now in my bed with the woman I love with all my heart my soul mate. This was my happiest moment in my life and nothing would change it even if it tried. I fell asleep cuddling up to her with a smile across my face.
