"Appa." I heard On-jo, making me look at her direction to see the door opened...and Mr. Nam. Hyun-jin quickly pulled me out when he saw the door open. I looked around to look where Nam-ra is and held her hand to pull her out of the gym as well.

Cheong-san quickly closed the door behind him when he saw that everyone of us are already out. Suddenly felt like someone is slapping my arm and I immediately looked to see who it is.

"Nam-ra." I said as she continued slapping my arm. "Ouch. Use your words, baby, use your words." I said, trying to hold her hand to get her to stop slapping my arm. "When will you stop running towards danger?" She asked me.

"I just tried to help Joon-young." Said looking down as I try to blink the tears away. I felt her wrap her hands around me. "I'm fine. I'm okay." I said, more to myself than to her.

3rd Person's POV

"Are you kids okay?" So-ju asked the students. Dae-su answered a yes. "Good." He said as he continued to look at the students. "Hye-ji, are you hurt?" He asked one of his daughter's friend that he knows well. With this, Hye-ji and Nam-ra pulled apart from the hug.

"Yes, Mr. Nam. Thank you for coming right on time." She said, wiping a tear away as he gave Mr. Nam a thumbs up. So-ju smiled a little because of this, as well as the others around.

He then looked at Cheong-san, his daughter's closest friend and the one who is like a son to him. "Cheong-san-ah." He called. "Mr. Nam." He replied as he slowly walked towards the man who is also his second father figure. When So-ju pulled himself from the hug, he once again looked at the group of students.

"Can you all run?" He asked and the students said yes. It's not like they have a choice right? "Good. If you go through the tennis courts and the construction site, you'll reach the mountain. Go over the mountain and get to Yangdong-"

He was cut off when Hyun-jin called his name. He then saw the incoming zombies running towards them. He ran towards the zombie, carrying it and pushing it to the ground head first.

"That looked really cool. I want to try it." Hye-ji mumbled but Nam-ra heard it making the class presidents slap her arm again. "What?! It's cool." Hye-ji said, pouting, Nam-ra just looked at her, unamused. "Okay, okay. No running towards the danger." She said and Nam-ra nodded.

"For now..." She added as quietly as she can before they started running towards the tennis court. When they reached the court, Ha-ri was about to shoot using her arrow but a zombie charged towards her. So-ju quickly helped her before closing the gate.

The other end of the gate is swarmed with zombies. And yet again, they are trapped. Moments later, the other side of the court where they entered was broken, letting the zombies in. The group's frontliners, Hyun-jin, Su-hyeok, and Cheong-san, acted quick to hit the zombies.

Hye-ji wanted to help but she didn't have any weapon with her, plus Nam-ra is currently gripping her hand, not letting her near the zombies.

So-ju then lit his flare to lead the zombies away from the students. The zombies outside the gate also followed the light, guiding them away from the gate where the kids will be using to get out.

When it is free to go out, Nam-ra pulled Hye-ji with her. So-ju then led more zombies away from the students by using his whistle. Hyun-jin and Cheong-san is holding On-jo as she wants to go to her father.

What shocked the group is when So-ju locked himself along with the zombies. He was bit.

"Go, On-jo! Run!" It was a heartbreaking sight to see. Even the ones who didn't really knew So-ju. It was hard for them to watch someone who helped them be the meal of the zombies.

As the others started running away, Cheong-san and Hyun-jin pulled On-jo with them as Su-hyeok took the lead.

They ran inside the construction site only to halt when they heard Hye-ji. "No!"

"What? Why?" Dae-su asked. Hye-ji didn't need to answer because zombies came running towards them just seconds later.

"Go upstairs. Go!" Hye-ji said and the others quickly run upstairs. When they reached the next floor, there was nowhere to hide really, or so it looked.

"Where do we go?"

"There's no way out. It's blocked!"

Nam-ra, who still by the way is holding Hye-ji's hand, ran towards the window to look outside. "This way!" She told the group, letting them out. Hye-ji and Nam-ra were one of the last ones to jump out, Su-hyeok helping them.

"Come here." Dae-su told Hyo-ryeong when Hyun-jin instructed the girl to keep away from the edge. "Quiet. Don't say a word." Hye-ji told the group, knowing exactly how zombies' sense of hearing are strong. The group immediately tried to keep quiet.

~Here is a quick description of their sitting order, from left to right.

Hyun-jin – On-jo – Ha-ri – Mi-jin – Wu-jin – Hyo-ryeong – Dae-su – Cheong-san – Su-hyeok – Nam-ra – Hye-ji

Thanks!~

When On-jo started crying, Ha-ri quickly covered her mouth. After Ha-ri had let go of On-jo, Hyun-jin quickly went to hug his girlfriend. The others are also silently crying to themselves with the loss of a good friend and the man who saved them.

After a few minutes, thay have all calmed down now, or so it seemed.

"Fuck. Nothing is working out. We keep hitting dead ends." Mi-jin said. "Be quiet. It's your fault Joon-young died" Dae-su told her. "Dae-su, don't." Wu-in told his friend, but Dae-su didn't listen.

"If you hadn't bitched at him earlier, he wouldn't have jumped out of there." Dae-su added, making Wu-jin sigh. "Fine. It's my fault he died. Happy? Are yo happy, asshole?" Mi-jin asked Dae-su. "You give it a rest too." Wu-jin told Mi-jin.

"Yah Dae-su, what does it matter who's responsible for someone living or dying? What does living or dying even mean? I have no idea. If we get out of here, is that living? Our friends died. Our moms and dads died. What's the point in living?" He said, looking at Dae-su as tears once again flooded his eyes.

"Do you want to die? Then will you die? Have you tried being seniors? Do you even know how it feels to want to die?" Mi-jin asked Wu-jin.

"Is it some badge of honor?" Dae-su mumbled. "You try being one. You'll see what it's like. You juniors, better survive until next year and see what it's like being seniors. Survive until next year and tell me which is tougher, zombies or senior year." Mi-jin added.

On the other side of the group, Ha-ri lightly tapped On-jo's wrist, getting her attention.

"Your father...he saved all of us. I'll never forget it as long as I live. None of us will. If someone is remembered by many people, that person...goes to heaven" Ha-ri told On-io and once again On-jo started crying.

After that, Ha-ri stood up. "Mi-jin-ah. Let's go." She said. "Where? Why?" Mi-jin asked the archer. "Let's look for a spot we can jump from. We're the seniors." Ha-ri told her.

"Whatever. It's not like they show us any respect." She said, but Ha-ri didn't listen to her. "I'll go this way. You go that way." Ha-ri instructed.

"Damn it. She's so cool." She mumbled before getting up, Wu-in heard it so he just looked at the senior. "Are they..." He asked to himself.

Before Mi-jin can go any further, Su-hyeok stood up. "I'll go." He said. "Stay down." Mi-jin told him. "No." Su-hyeok said, standing hi ground. Mi-jin tried to push him but her efforts are futile so she raised her hand, and Su-hyeok immediately folded as he got hit in the arm.

Hye-ji, giggling, pats Su-hyeok's arm. "It's okay. At least now we know that a single senior can make you fold." She said, making the others smile. "Though I'm not really sure if she really is single." She whispered, watching Mi-jin walk away from them.
