This community wouldn't be a community without the roles and the people who fill them. All of the roles, except for admins, are unlimited. That means that there is no limit to how many members are in that role.

The admins help the founder manage the community. They are second only to the founder. Admins also help carry out tasks the founder asks them to. Discord is preferred for this role, but it isn't mandatory.

Editors:
The editors edit the community works to make them look professional.
Editors must:
Have grammar and spelling skills
Know basic literary craft
Have a good eye for catching mistakes
Be punctual
Reviewers:
The reviewers review books in the review shop.
Reviewers must:
Have grammar and spelling skills
Know basic literary craft
Have a good eye for catching mistakes
Know what makes a book tick
Be punctual
Judges:
The judges judge books in our awards/contests.
Judges must:
Judge fairly
Have grammar and spelling skills
Know basic literary craft

Be able to provide a review for every book they judge
Be punctual
Graphic Designers:
The graphic designers must design stuff for the community and work in our graphic design shops.
Graphic Designers must:

Writers:
The writers must write the community works and blurbs.

Have grammar and spelling skills
Know basic literary craft
Be creative
Be punctual
Promoters:
The promoters promote the community in and out of Wattpad.
Promoters must:
Have 50+ followers
Be friendly
Be social
Be willing to promote, promote, and promote
Members:
The members are the supporters of the community. While they don't have any specific roles, members support, are there for the rest of the community, and have fun.
