Hello, everyone! I hope you're all having a blessed day or night! First off, I want to thank you all so much for the support on The Way of the Dragons! I'm having a blast writing this, and the amount of friends that I have a part of this project makes it all the more enjoyable.
I want to give a quick shout-out to AkiCinnaBun, BlackCat2907, and NinaPhaedra because these guys have stuck with me through this project from the very beginning. They added the spice that my story needed, so thank you all so much! I have another friend who is on Tumbler who goes by the name of Caps, or @ticklish-oni. He allowed me to use his Pokémon sona, Caps (don't judge him)! Thank you! I have 2 other friends who will be making appearances in my Pokémon fanfic: one who we will meet in Johto (mightymaster99) and one who we will meet in my Pokémon sequel fanfic (JayBigMan), so stay tuned for that!
As the title suggests, The Way of the Dragons will be taking a small hiatus. I want to take some time off to focus on my school work and prepare for college since I'm graduating in 3 months (very excited)! Don't worry; the hiatus is not going to take 3 months. I have no idea how long it's going to be, but it won't be too long!
The way I'm planning out The Way of the Dragons is that it's going to play out in arcs. With each arc, Eragona and her friends will travel to another region. Ezonia was just the 1st of 8 arcs I have planned. Johto is the 2nd arc. I will not be going in region order like the anime (1-8); I will be jumping around (more enjoyable and gets you guys thinking where they're going next). I also want to mention that I will only be going up to Gen 7, aka, Alola, so don't expect any Galarian Pokémon (maybe in the sequel, idk).
Once again, the hiatus will not be 3 months long. I will be writing in between my break for the return of The Way of the Dragons.
I really can't thank you guys enough for the support on this. I have the other arcs planned out, and I cannot wait to share them with you guys! As of now, The Way of the Dragons has officially gone into hiatus mode.
