That night, back at the hotel, I guess you can say that sharing the words "I love you," wasn't the only first between us. But I'm not gonna go there.
I woke up at seven in the morning, my head against Niall's bare chest. He was still asleep. I intertwined my fingers with his. His hands were soft, except for the tips, where they were calloused from years of playing guitar. I pressed my lips to his nose gently, which made his face scrunch up, then his eyes fluttered open.
"Good morning, baby." He mumbles, his voice very deep, and his accent was extremely thick.
"Morning." I whispered against his chest. His fingers made circles on my back as I breathed in his scent. Even in the morning, he smelt amazing.
"Last night was amazing." He whispered, smiling. I nodded.
"It was." His fingers ran through my hair, twirling the ends. My hair had began to grow back, but I was in need of a cut, and I felt like going short again. In a few months, it grew from just-above-chest-length to like three-inches-below-chest-length, and I sort of wanted it back to just-above.
His lips softly pressed to the top of my head, then he shifted his weight and got up and out of the bed.
"I'm hungry. Let's go search for food." He says, throwing on some clothes. I nod in agreement, then get up, and throw on a plain grey tee-shirt and jean shorts, then I grab my converse and follow Niall out the door. I realized as we closed the hotel door that neither of us brushed our hair. Mine was knotted, so I quickly ran my fingers through it, trying to un-knot any giant knots in it.
We walked into the room where they served free breakfast, and each grabbed ourselves a waffle with some fruit on the side. Louis was sitting by himself in the corner of the room. Luckily, no fans were to be seen, so Niall and I sat down at his table.
"Good morning, you two." Said Louis in a cheerful voice. "Nice hair, Niall." He gave a cheeky smile to Niall, who just groaned.
"You two look quite exhausted... long night?" Louis took a bite out of his bagel.
"None of your business." Niall mumbled, cutting into his waffle.
"I didn't exactly mean it that way, but alright. First time?" I could tell he was having a good time interrogating both of us.
I blushed, looking down to my food. Niall nodded, blushing, then smiled at me.
"You're both disgusting."
"Thanks." I say, sarcastically.
We all ate our food, chatting about random things, then Liam and Harry walked into the room and joined us at our table. Harry pulled a chair over so there was room for all five of us.
"Where's Anna?" I question, taking another bite of my waffle.
"She's still sleeping."
I nod. I feel like I haven't been hanging out with Anna as much as I should on this tour. I mean, she's my best friend, and I'm sort of bailing on her for my boyfriend. I finish my waffles, then stand up.
"I'm going to hang out with Anna, see you guys later." I give Niall a quick kiss then walk out of the room and up to room 803, which was Anna and Liam's shared room.
I knock on the door twice before I hear a muffle, "Who is it?"
"It's Mia, can I come in?"
There was a pause, then the bed creaked and I heard feet shuffling across the floor. Then the door was swung open.
Anna looked like she literally hasn't slept in a year. Her red hair was tied up in a bun on the side of her head and fly-away hairs were everywhere. Her mascara was smeared down her cheek, showing she clearly forgot to wash off her makeup last night. Her tank top was slid up on one side and she was only wearing one sock.
