Living in the moment is being aware of the moment we are in. If our minds are in the past or the future, we are not truly alive in the present.

The next day, Chinonso woke up and saw missed calls from whomever was calling him. He glanced at Tamara who was asleep and got up.

He went to the bathroom and answered the call. "Hello...don't waste my time and tell me what you want...talk fast...fine, I'm coming" he said and hung up.

He came out of the bathroom and saw Tamara awake. "Where did you go?" Tamara asked upset, "I wanted to wake up next to you."

"I'm sorry" Chinonso said apologetically, "I had an important call to answer." He crawled on the bed and kissed her forehead, then her lips.

Tamara stopped him. "I have to go right now. I made plans to see my family" she pouted.

"It's okay, next time" Chinonso said and Tamara kissed him apologetically. She got up and went to the bathroom and Chinonso stared his phone bitterly.

Chinonso offered to drop Tamara home and she let him. He drove away after dropping her and stopped at the airport. A woman approached him and put her suitcases in his trunk. She entered the car and removed her sunglasses. "Nigeria is so hot" She remarked.

"Then maybe you should have stayed in Canada" Chinonso spat hostilely.

"And leave my dear husband? Only in your dreams" The woman retorted and Chinonso's scowl deepened.

At the law firm, the lawyers of Olayinka and Co. looked excited for their trip as they loaded their small bags into the rented BRT bus.

"I wonder why Sienna chose to change her mind, what is going on in her head?" Amaechi said musingly then looked horrified. "is she trying to get back at me for that drunken night?"

"You are far too unimportant for that" Tiwa retorted, passing by him and Amaechi scowled. He reached out for her but Rotimi held him back.

"Stop your antics, you aren't children" Mr. Olayinka scolded good-naturedly. "Is everyone ready?"

Everyone nodded and got on the bus. Sienna sat at a window seat to the right and put on earplugs. Sharon sat on the left on the same line.

Sharon stared expectantly at Ethan when he got on the bus but he didn't notice and sat next to Sienna. Sienna looked at him but wasn't too surprised. Sharon looked upset.

"Ha!" Amaechi mocked and Jane pinched him. "Ouch!"

"Don't mock a woman's feelings" She snapped and crossed her legs huffily. Amaechi sulked, rubbing his sore spot in pain.

"You are too close to me. If I didn't know how friendly you are, I would have thought I was your only friend." Sienna teased.

"It's the other way around, you need me. Who else would sit with you?" Ethan joked.

"Don't delude yourself" Sienna smirked amused and put her ear plugs back on. Ethan stared at her and put one of the ear plugs in his ear.

"What are you doing?" Sienna asked surprised.

"I'm just curious" Ethan said and listened to the song. "This song sounds so depressing. How can you like it?"

"My taste is different from yours" Sienna simply answered and snatched the one earplug. "If you don't like it, it's your problem."

"Fine, fine" Ethan said and put the ear plug back on. Sharon watched Sienna and Ethan enviously and Tiwa leaned forward from her seat.

"That is a strange picture isn't it?" Tiwa said surprising Shalom. "They look like...a couple, they even wore matching tops."
