Sienna sat opposite her cousin, eyeing her in annoyance. "Why are you here? I thought we agreed never to speak to each other again?" She said curtly.

"I know but uncle called me and you know I can't ignore family, unlike you" Laura said cattily.

Sienna gritted her teeth and pursed her lips in annoyance. "Laura, get to the point, I am a very busy woman" she replied.

"Sienna, please come back. You are worrying uncle and Aunty by acting like this" Laura said, "they are not as young as they were before and doing this is hurting them."

"Do you think I haven't tried lately?" Sienna snapped, "listen Laura, I am trying to change and let things go but when I tried, your uncle pushed me away. What more does he want from me?"

"Forgetting Thad maybe, Thad is the reason our family is broken. If you hadn't met him or run away with him, this wouldn't have happened" Laura said upset.

"How dare you come to me to say that rubbish?" Sienna said, laughing in angry disbelief. "You are really blaming a dead person for all this? This happened because you all never listened to me."

"My voice never mattered when I was with you and you never cared what I wanted or thought. You only cared about your ego" Sienna got up and paced the room, "I made an effort after all these years but you still want me to forget Thad, you are crazy to come here expecting that."

"You still have that temper of yours" Laura calmly replied, smoothening her hair. "Sienna, don't be ungrateful. My uncle and aunty took you in, they brought you into a life of riches, are you really going to forget that?"

"The reason this happened is because I spent my whole life being grateful and trying to repay them, I'm not doing that anymore!" Sienna yelled in answer.

Outside Sienna's office, Ethan walked in and saw the lawyers glancing curiously at Sienna's office. "What's happening?" Ethan asked.

"Ethan? You're back. How was it?" Ahmed asked in reply.

"it worked out fine but, what is everyone doing?" Ethan asked puzzled. He stared at the lawyers whose gaze were fixated on Sienna's office.

"A woman came to see Sienna and Sienna didn't look happy to hear the name. Everyone is really curious about it" Ahmed explained.

"Has anyone tried to see?" Ethan asked, staring at the office.

"Debo is going to try" Ahmed answered, shooting a glance at the lanky dark skinned man approaching the door.

"It's been six years Sienna-"

"But you guys keep making me relive that moment, you all have no consideration for all I lost?! And it was all your fault!" Sienna said angrily. "Why do you want me to forget Thad?!"

"I agree it was wrong of me to have told everyone that Thad was behind your kidnapping but I had to. I was worried" Laura said tenderly, "you ran off with a kidnapper without thinking."

"Miss Sienna?" Debo said, opening the door after a light knock. "I have-"

"I am in the middle of something, shut the door!" Sienna snapped angrily and Debo quickly shut it.

Outside, everyone looked at Debo for information when he returned. "She told me to leave before I could even get a word in" Debo said amazed, "things looked bad, Attorney Sienna looked really angry."
