"Let's go," Dipper said to Vex.
"Agreed," Vex announced, marching down the stairs
The two happily walked down the stairs, seeing Mabel and Gruncle Stan in the kitchen. Crap, Dipper thought. Now I have to explain to them why I'm leaving.
Dipper pulled Mabel aside "Hey, Vex and I are going to go look for Bill, we'll be back in a few days." Dipper said quickly, then bolting out the door, Vex's hand in his.
"Whoa, dude." Vex said, placing his glasses back onto his nose. "Knocked my glasses off with THAT force,"
"Sorry," Dipper said, releasing Vex, but still running rapidly into the forest.
After 20 minutes of running, Vex was starting to wonder where they were going.
"Where are we?" Vex asked Dipper.
"Um, outside
"Did you ever think about what Warden said?"
"A little too much," Dipper said, stopping to rest.
"Hey," Vex said, sitting down on the wet grass. "We'll find him, everything will be okay."
Dipper sat down too. "No it won't. He hates me and I might never get to-"
Dipper was cut off by Vex smashing his lips into his. They shared the most tender kiss, outside, under the stars.
