Dipper walked alone to the first 'x'. He was in a town now. In fact, he had walked to a near bus station, and that's where Bill was planning for him to go, because hidden beneath the bench was a box with a letter inside.

I have gone to turn myself. If you hurry, you might be able to stop me. I do not think it's possible, but if you truly still love me, you will try. I'll be heading toward the police station. It's about 20 minutes from here. I'll wait a day, though, just so you might have a chance.

"I HAVE TO STOP HIM!" Dipper said, running toward the police station. He didn't stop running until he saw another bench. He needed a break. Dipper sat down and closed his eyes and rested.
"Are you taking a rest?" someone asked.
"Yes, I've been running non-stop."
"Why?" the voice said, sitting down next to Dipper.
"My boyfriend. I'm trying to find him."
"Aw, that's adorable. That must mean you really love him,"
"I do."
"I bet you'll see him soon,"
"Why do you see that?"
"Dipper,"
Dipper slowly opened his eyes. Next to him was Bill, waving.
