Today he was going to do it. He was going to confront them about their relationship. He was going to get the closure he needed.

Having texted them all earlier to meet in the living room after work, the maknae was nervous. He just needed to remind himself that everything would be alright. These were his hyungs, the people who were there for him since the beginning. There was nothing that could separate the seven of them.

The 18 year old felt uneasy the whole ride home. To take his mind off of his anxieties, he stared out the window. It was a dark and snowy January evening; the street-lights illuminating the snowflakes as they fell from the sky. No matter how hard he tried to take his mind off his worries, the thought of what his hyungs would say frightened him. He didn't want to start off the new year badly, after all. This needed to go well.

When they arrived home, the seven of them made their way to the living room as per Jungkook's request. The maknae excused himself to the bathroom, just to calm himself down.

This was it. The rest of his life depended on this moment. The worst they could say was no.

"Jungkook, are you alright?" Seokjin asked as the maknae walked out of the bathroom. Their dorm wasn't the biggest for seven people, but it was home. The three eldest hyungs had situated themselves on their singular sofa, while the other three had taken a spot on the floor in front of them.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Jungkook fidgeted with his hands. "I just need to talk to you all about something important."

"Sure Kookie, what's up?" Namjoon asked, resting his head on the couch, in between Seokjin's legs.

Taking a sharp inhale, his eyes scanned the rest of his hyungs. Yoongi was resting his head tiredly on Hoseok's shoulder as the dancer carded his hands through Taehyung's hair, who sat below him. Jimin was sitting criss-crossed in the middle, his hand slithering towards Namjoon's thigh. Oh yeah, they were totally dating.

"Are you guys gay by any chance?" Smooth Jungkook, real smooth.

Everyone straightened up at the question. "Gay?" Namjoon copied, "Why would you ask such a thing?" His tone came off offended, and Jungkook immediately recoiled.

"Oh uh, I just was wondering, that's all. I wasn't implying that you were..."

"Are you gay?" Hoseok asked out of curiosity.

He hated on the spot questions like these. "I uh, I mean," Jungkook stuttered. His mind screamed for him to just spit it out already.

"Yeah, I am..." His hyungs raised their eyebrows at that, but chose not to press any further.

"Well congrats on coming out Kookie! We support you!—"

"But aren't you all gay too?" Jungkook interrupted. He didn't like where this conversation was going.

Yoongi raised a brow,"So what if we are? That isn't really important."

Why did his hyungs have to be so difficult. If he couldn't get them to say it themselves, then he supposed he should just outright say it.

"You're all dating though, so wouldn't that make you all gay?"

Big mistake. Everyone went dead silent from shock. Should he have done that?

Jimin and Taehyung looked wide-eyed at the elders, as if asking what to do now. No one seemed to know what to do.

"How did you come to that conclusion...?" Namjoon sat up straighter, looking serious. "Unless you have evidence, that's a pretty far'fetched claim."
