Back on the street, Jubilee and Dust peek over a damaged vehicle on the curb.

"What do we do?" Jubilee asked, knowing better than to go up against Jean Grey on a good day.

"Whatever we can," Dust stated with resolve.

Dust transforms into a swirl of sand that slinks through the blown out windows of the vehicle and onto the street. Jubilee hops onto the hood of the car and fires a barrage of pyrotechnic flares, striking Phoenix in the face, her firebird aura dissipates as she careens backwards through the air.

The air stirs...and the sky darkens...thick, black clouds roll in and bellows of thunder shook the very heavens above...

"Stop this, Jean!" Storm's command is like booming thunder as she descends from the skies; an elemental goddess of retribution, her eyes blazing white with conviction.
