CHANGING ROOM.

"Hey! We have arrived." said Marco to Jason, Jake and Jake's Coach .

"You guys are late. You missed my matches." said Jake.

"Sorry my man...but did you win?" said Marco.

"Of-f**king-course I did!" said Jake with excitement.

"We are having a grand party today! My man entered Nationals." said Marco.

"Yeah, yeah but it's still far away. There's a long, difficult road till you become strong enough to get on national level." said Jason.

"Easy Champion! You can celebrate today. A little celebration won't hurt." said Coach looking at Jason.

"Where's Daniel?" asked Ken.

"There." said Jason pointing at the bench.

Daniel was sitting on a bench in a meditative state.

"Why is he meditating now?" asked Ken.

"The next match is his last match. He is calming his body down. He is controlling his breathing." explained Coach.

Just then a guy came and told the group to get ready and come out.

Daniel opened his eyes, put his gloves on and without taking to anyone started moving towards the ring.

All went outside behind him.

The group went to the stands except coach and started cheering for Daniel.
Just then Marco saw some people in the opposite stands. He immediately recognised them.

"Oi Jason, you see them?" asked Marco.

"Of course I do. Can't f**ing forget him." replied Jason.

It was Johan Ren, Jason's ex-role model and the person Jason hated the most. But he was not alone, with him was the 17 year old, U-18 lightweight champion of the neighbouring state of Prael, Clark Prez. Not just that, he was also called the 'potential lightweight world champion'. He had exchanged a few blows with the world lightweight champion when he was 15, though he did not win but he managed to K.O the champion in the 3rd round. Such was this prodigy.

They had came to watch the matches.

"Daniel might face him, I mean, Clark." said Marco.

"Sure he will." said Jason.

"You think Daniel can beat him?" asked Marco.

"In the current state no. Daniel has  speed and indurance that can match with Clark's but Clark's got power in his punches. Clark is basically perfect Daniel. His defence and offence both are impeccable....but let's just focus on the current match." said Jason.

The players were in the ring. Daniel's opponent was one of the strongest of his category. He was on par with Daniel.

Daniel had calm eyes. He was analysing his opponent. Both the players touched each other's gloves.

The bell rang. Refree whistled....AND THE MATCH BEGUN!!!!!!!
