S2 : Chp 47 : CLEANING UP - UNDERGROUND ARENA ARC 7

After the signal was given by Xiang, Abandoned rushed in with their members and killed all the guards and fighters which confronted them.

Some businessmen, corporates fled from the scene but some which were left behind were eventually evacuated by Abandoned as Abandoned didn't wanted to get involved with the white collars immediately.

Also the white collars won't be touching Abandoned as even they suffered a lot and they thought that Abandoned may have evidences against them.

After this, the 5 Captains left the scene with Daniel. Mike had already left with his sister. He told everyone that he will be at the warehouse, waiting for the captains and no one else should be present there.

And then came the man Purcelli with his gang of 150 men.

5:04 A.M.
18TH OCTOBER, 20XX.

Herald was waiting for enemies to come. He was half asleep with his head on sword struck in ground, sitting on the steps of the mansion.

Purcelli and his men came outside the mansion in cars. As soon as Herald heard the sound of the cars, he became alert, Purcelli rushed into the premises of the mansion with his men. His men had axes, baseball bat, iron rods, knifes, swords and much more.

Purcelli saw Herald sitting on the steps. He called him out.

"Oi, f**ker! Get your members out. This is a war!"

"They left and that shouldn't concern you. Your opponent is me." said Herald.

"You think you're enough?" said Purcelli.

Purcelli pulled out a glock and aimed at Herald.

"Can you dodge this, b**ch? Or wait! My men came all the way here on full speed and sending them away like this without any blood won't be right, right? EVERYBODY! SLICE UP THIS MOTHERF**KER!!!"

"COME ON!!!" screamed Herald.

8:54 A.M.
WAREHOUSE.

All six captains and Melissa were present at the scene. Daniel too.

"I told you I don't want anyone except us in here." said Mike.

"I insisted on coming here. Even I want to know the truth and it's important for me." said Daniel.

"So, Meli, what was all this?! How the hell did you get into this?! Since when were you doing this?! Answer me!!!" shouted Mike as he grabbed Melissa by her arms.

"Easy Mike." said Han.

Melissa who was crying wipped her tears. Took a breath and started explaining her side-

"I did this all for dad. Ever since you left or should I say you were thrown out of the house by dad, mom's health condition declined. She became ill and eventually died of a heart attack!"

This came in as a shock for everybody listening.

"Dad didn't let you know. He didn't wanted you anywhere near mom. Even I felt the same. Dad was on the verge of collapsing but he looked at me and continued to live his daily life. Working for me, for my well-being.

But inside his heart was bleeding. He was devastated. He was still in grief and sorrow. He didn't had his son by his side when he needed him the most.

3 years back his medical condition began to get worse from the fatigue. He couldn't continue his job. He had to sit at home. We were trying to make our ends meet by me working part time and using some of dads savings but sometime after we eventually ran out of money. Only me working wasn't enough to provide for both of us.

2 years back when I was working at a convenience store I heard a few guys talk about this tournament. I thought that I could somehow earn money by participating here. So I made a fake profile of a businessman and registered myself as a fighter sponsored by him.

I was scared at first but I gathered some courage and went into the fight. That day I realised my potential as a fighter. I was already among the surviving contestants. Then I moved on to the final round but then I came to know that I have to kill somebody or even I may get killed in the process.

So I made a deal with my opponent that I will lose the match in return for money, I just wanted enough money to complete my graduation and for dad's treatment but he declined to pay such a sum. So I had to settle for a year worth's money.

I did as I planned and I had to participate again. Same thing happened. Just different businessman, different opponent, different me.

But this year something unexpected happened. I was shocked on seeing Daniel and on being exposed to the one I love like this I snapped and killed him.

So...do you understand now why I did all of this, you f**king s**t for a brother. YOU DIDN'T CHECK ON US!! YOU DIDN'T CARE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO US!!! ALL YOU CARED FOR WAS YOURSELF!!! THIS IS WHY FATHER DISOWNED YOU!!!" said Melissa breaking into tears.

Mike was moved by all this. He cried for a long time. Nobody stopped them. Nobody interfered. They all stood in silence, letting the two cry their heart out.

2 HOURS AGO.

"Goodbye, Purcelli." said Herald chopping of Purcelli's head, the last man standing.

The whole gang present at the mansion was wiped out. It was a blood bath. Chopped of bodies were lying around the mansion.

"Hello, 9**? Reach ***** forest, on Mr.******'s property. Free organ donation is taking place here." said Herald to the police and hanged up before the police could ask questions to him. He broke the burner phone and sat into a car.

"My works done, Mr. Ryan." he said as he drove away.
