Daniel was just about to hit Clark but he was interrupted by the buzzer.

"Selection is over! At the end, we have 8 fighters standing. This is the least no. of contestant ever recorded in this tournament. Anyways, you all must be really tired and worn out.

We request you to take a 45 minutes break. You can eat, sleep, workout, meet your sponsors, do anything you please in this time. You will be provided all the ammenities.

Josh South," announced Maria.

All fighters started leaving the arena.

"Hey, that punch back then...I didn't expect it. It was super fast. That's how I want you to fight. You've got me all pumped up. I am gonna give it my all." said Clark.

"Hmmm." said Daniel in reply and walked out.

SPONSOR-FIGHTER MEETING AREA.

(the whole conversastion was in a compressed voice)

"Hey, did you find out where Dan is?"

"No, but I've got a hint on it. I was roaming around searching for where Dan might be. I was on 1st floor. Just then I saw a maid with a food trolly, taking food with her but she wasn't bringing it where all the sponsors were. Instead she went to the end of the floor and went into the lift.

Now the surprising thing is that there is only one staircase connecting ground floor and first floor but this mansion has a second floor too. So my guess is that Dan is on 2nd floor." said Xiang.

"But why do you think that he's only on 2nd floor and why not with us, underground?" asked Daniel.

"That's because this is a f**king jungle. There is no network at the very bottom. They need to check the bidders who are connected to them via internet." explained Xiang.

"Good work! Now only I have to meet Clark and ask him the reason for bringing me here or maybe defeat him and after that you kill Dan." said Daniel.

Xiang said,"You are talking big. He's no ordinary guy. Be careful and if I see you losing, I will..."

"Yeah, yeah I know but that's our emergency exit plan. But do it only after my work ends. I hope you watch me." said Daniel.

"Also, this guard you see behind me to the left is suspicious of me, he saw me roaming around the place. I managed to shake his suspicion but can't take chances. I will take care of him." said Xiang.

"I will go get ready and take some rest." said Daniel.

Both of them parted ways.

After 45 minutes the remaining contestants were summoned in a different arena. An arena which reeked blood. In the centre was an octagon. covered in blood.

"Everyone is here and now we will begin the one-on-one bouts. There are no rules just pure fight. Anything and Everything is allowed in this round.
Even if your opponent admits defeat, it's upto you to decide whether to let him go or end him. Go crazy!
