BEWARE: crappiest update ever and in the (hopefully) near future, this will be extended and edited, so events (probably not) will maybe change. Mk you may read now seeing as I'm gonna pretend some of you actually read my notes.

OH and Heroes (the song above) has nothing to do with this chapter, but since Eurovision, I've been addicted to it so sue me.

Song: Heroes by Mans Zelmerlow

"Do it then."

Stephan's face was priceless, his mouth agape in disbelief. Ryker stepped forward as well, an uncertain expression painted on his face.

"Maybe you shouldn't -." He started before I quickly cut him off.

"I'm in this situation because of you, bloodsucker. It's my choice and I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not overly keen on actually dying right this minute."

He shrugged his shoulders, raising his hands in surrender. Marly still hadn't spoken. Her dark eyes were trained on Stephan who hadn't replied. Then without a word, he was right next to me.

"I'm sorry."

His fangs elongated, jagged and sharp, like small knives. His eyes were full blown red and even though I was human, I could feel the power surging from his body. He enhaled deeply, letting out a groan before plunging his fangs into my pulsing neck.

The feeling of someone else biting me is hard to explain. I could feel every gulp he took, the blood leaving my body in waves. My head started pounding and I clutched onto Stephan's pale arm to support myself. All I could feel despite the slight ache in my neck was pleasure and I wasn't sure if that was a good thing.

Was I supposed to enjoy this?

Just as I thought I was about to faint, Stephan reluctantly pulled away, eyes still focused on my neck. His strong hands still held onto my upper arms, but he took one away, biting into it. Squeezing his fist, blood started to drip from the puncture wounds on his wrist. He held it over my mouth and sticky, hot blood filled my dry mouth.

Seemingly not disgusted, I drank greedily. The warm liquid ran down my chin as I tried to take large mouthfuls at a time, not caring that the three other vampires with us were gazing at the scene curiously, as if they had never experienced it before.

Stephan tore his arm out of my vice grip leaving me bloody and feeling faint. Stephan watched me inquisitively like I was some sort of rare species. My head is full on pounding and stars started dotting my vision. I tried to open my mouth, but dried blood caked inside of it, making it quite impossible to mutter the words on my mind.

"She doesn't taste human."

Stephan had yet to stop staring at me, turned away from the other vampires behind him. Marly stepped forward suddenly as if she were pushed before speaking words that made Ryker girlishly gasp aloud in a dramatic way.

"She's tainted."

That was the last thing I heard before I slipped into darkness.
