I wake up to someone carrying me bridal style and wet drops of water pelting down on me. The rain was full on chucking down which and may I add, is not a good way to wake up. My hair was sticking to my neck and I felt all wet and icky. Not to mention, someone is carrying me.

Looking up towards my carrier, I recognise Carlos immediately. He was looking forward, but by the way his arms tightened around me, he knew I was awake. I look back down, the rain too much for my face. I move around a little, which I hope was enough to show Carlos that I was awake even if he already knew. He adjusts his arms, hoisting me up a little so he had a better hold.

Looking ahead, I see Stephan in front of us, talking to Ryker animatedly about something. He moves his hands while he is speaking, obviously trying to explain it. Ryker just nods and starts saying stuff back. Carlos and I weren't that far behind them, but the heavy rain was blocking out their conversation.

Marly was walking next to Carlos, a smile on her face as usual. Seriously, her happiness needs to be checked on. She feeds from humans as a food source, but she acts like an angel. Shaking my head, I laugh to myself. Maybe being an Unholy isn't all that bad.

"Carlos?" I tap his arm, trying to get his attention. He turns his head towards mine, his dark hair sticking to his forehead. As he nods, I notice how close we are. I blush deeply before asking if he could put me down. He carefully does so without ever stopping.

Once my feet were firmly on the ground, I take a look at my surroundings. Trees were everywhere and the sky was still light even though the rain was pelting down. I guess they don't burst into ash when it's raining. Still looking around mindlessly, I question where we are going.

"Hey Stephan!" I call loudly, jogging towards the two men. Ryker turns around first, smirking as usual.

"Sleeping Beauty finally awakes," He jokes, laughing at his own stupid joke. I hit the back of his head, which of course does absolutely nothing to him. Turning to Stephan I ask the million dollar question.

"Where are we going?"

Stephan doesn't answer, just nods forwards. Through the thick rain, I can make out a tall shape. The Tower. I abruptly stop, taking cover from the rain under a large, shaded tree. This catches the attention of all the Unholy's who follow me towards the tree. I squeeze my hair, trying to get the water out as the feeling of hair sticking to any part of my body makes me queasy.
