Chapter 15

Being in love was the best feeling ever. Taehyung had been the happiest ever since he had come to terms with himself that he deeply loves Jungkook.

The whole experience was unique and enthralling for him, every second seemed beautiful. His brain was acting up all crazy, it was even subconsciously planning their future together, their marriage, honeymoon and kids.

Taehyung giggles, gives his head a little shake to come out of those silly thoughts for now.

There was something more important that needs his attention at the moment.

That is... deciding on how he was going to confess his love to Jungkook.

It was Wednesday evening when the gift Taehyung planned for Jungkook was finally ready, all he had to do was wrap it up.

The last four days Jungkook had been ignoring Taehyung's calls and messages. He would never pick up or respond immediately, but taehyung was too engaged with the gift that he didn't dwell upon the reason as to why Jungkook had been acting distant.

The Ceo however called him on Thursday saying that he was busy with work and will make it up to Taehyung sometime later.

Taehyung wanted to tell his feelings to Jungkook soon without delaying. He is desperate to get the heaviness out of the system but again, the redhead knows that he can never bring himself to practically utter those three words 'i love you'

No way! there is no freaking way he can look into those gorgeous doe eyes and say it. He's never been good with words.

So he decides to attach a love note to the gift he was about to give him.

that should be enough right?

He was anticipating Jungkook to call him on Friday and ask him out again just like he did the previous week. His stomach curled with an unknown thrill and nervousness.

Not only was he gonna meet Jungkook but also bare his heart to him.

"Hey buddy, How is it going?" Minjae greets him on Friday morning.

Except for Hoseok, none at the office were aware of things going on between Jungkook and Taehyung.

However Minjae did notice Taehyung being too joyous the whole week, so he decides to finally confront him.

"Too happy lately??" he wiggles his brows, making Taehyung blush.

Taehyung leans in and whispers shyly "there's someone——-"

"What? who? when? how?" Minjae gasps without letting him finish.

"I can't tell his name, sorry " Tae pouts "all i can say for now is that he's an amazing person and.... he's so tall and handsome as hell"

Minjae's brow cocked at that "Handsome huh? on a scale of '0 to Jeon Jungkook' , how handsome is he?

Taehyung nearly chokes at the mention of Jungkook's name, but quickly composes himself and replies "Jeon's level"

"Ah! one lucky guy you are" he playfully teases before quickly adding "Speaking of Mr Jeon, have you seen his new secretary?"

Taehyung remembers Jungkook telling him he was looking for a new secretary, but didn't know he had already appointed one, they barely spoke after that evening.

"I haven't. what about him?"

"He is so freaking hot. I heard that he joined on Monday but got to see him only yesterday" Minjae grins.
