Maria woke up slightly to the light coming from the window. She opened her eyes and saw Natasha sleeping peacefully next to her. Natasha's hand was on her stomach and their legs were tangled together. Maria felt safe, she just looked at Natasha breathing in and out, her chest rising calmly.

"God... she's so beautiful" Maria thought to herself. She took Natasha's hair off her face and just adored the unimaginable beauty before her.

She snapped out of her thoughts when she heard a knock on the door. "Shit!" she mumbled to herself. Maria got up too quickly and realized how hangover she was. When the headrush passed she took an oversized t-shirt from her closet and put it on.

"Hi, there!" Maria said and opened the door slightly so the person behind couldn't see Natasha sleeping on her bed. It was Bruce. "Ohh.. umm... hi! Sorry if I woke you up!" Bruce apologized and seemed timid. "Well...you didn't wake me up but you made me get up. Did you have something?" Maria said, sounding more bothered than she was meant to.

"Ohh..umm I was just wondering, have you seen Natasha?" Bruce asked with a little hesitation in his voice. "Umm... noo I have not seen her! I mean, I saw her yesterday at the party but not today noo..." Maria answered and moved the door slightly closer because she noticed that Bruce tried to see inside her room.

"Did you two have something or what?" Maria questioned curiously. "Umm... not quite. She just doesn't answer my messages I sent last night nor today. I asked her if she would have wanted to grab a drink with me, she answered but never came." Bruce said and looked a bit crushed.

"Ohh... really? Well, she seemed pretty tired after the party so maybe she is just sleeping in or something!" Maria lied and chuckled uncomfortably. "Okay... maybe, sorry that I bothered you!" Bruce said and continued his way. Maria closed the door and went back to bed next to Natasha who was still sleeping.

Maria knew she shouldn't but she couldn't resist. She picked Nat's phone up from the table and searched the messages Bruce had sent her. Maria quickly realized that Bruce wasn't lying, Natasha really had told him that she would come for drinks after the party. Maria felt Natasha move a little bit beside her. She hurried to put the phone back to the table but accidentally dropped it on the floor. Luckily Natasha didn't wake up.

It was already about 12pm when Maria decided to wake Natasha up. When she was about to, someone knocked on the door again. Maria was about to get up but saw Wanda walk in. She quickly grabbed the sheets to cover her and Natasha.

"What the fuck Wanda? I was about to get up to open the door!" Maria said more aloud and Natasha woke up. "Hi!" She looked at Maria and kissed her. Then she turned around and noticed Wanda. "Umm... What?" Natasha mumbled, tiredly.

"Sorry! I just was sent here to inform you that there is breakfast two floors down if you guys want!" Wanda said and uncomfortably observed the ceiling, avoiding eye contact with either Natasha or Maria. "Yeah.. thanks. You could have knocked you know!" Natasha said and moved a little further away from Maria, still covering herself with the sheet. "Yes and I did knock!" Wanda said. "But there's no point in knocking if you come before you're welcomed" Maria said, and looked at Wanda.

"Well... I thought you would be alone and I already know about you two! But I still apologize!" Wanda said calmly and turned around to leave the room. "Uhmm wait Wanda!" Natasha yelled. She lifted herself up to sit while covering her chest with the sheet. "Is Tony there, I mean like where the breakfast is?" Natasha asked, she didn't feel like talking to Tony with the massive hangover she was having.

"Ohh.. Yes he is there!" Wanda started. Natasha rolled her eyes. "But... Pepper and I talked with him last night and we made him leave you two alone!" Wanda explained and gave a comforting smile. "Thank you!" Maria said and took Natasha's hand. They smiled at Wanda warmly when she exited the room.
