Talia
"TALIA!" I heard again. That scream made my skin crawl.
I was so afraid, I couldn't move.
I saw Jason appear in the doorway, he stomped over to me and grabbed me by my shirt. "You're supposed to answer when I call your name." He said through gritted teeth.
I couldn't mutter a word out still.
"Well, I guess someone isn't talking today." He whispered, as he walked down to the basement and sat me in a bloody chair.
Still in complete shock and fear, I did not say a word.
"You know, I love the sense of fear from people. Such a calming sensation, knowing you caused that in a person." He stated as he tied me to the chair. He made sure the rope was tight, slightly giving me rope burn.
"Why are you doing this to me?" I finally was able to say.
"Because you went out of bounds and need to be punished to make sure you never do that again," Jason responded calmly.
How could he be so gentle about being the monster that he is?
"That's not what I meant." I breathed heavily. "Why did you take me away from my very happy and simple life? Everything was going great till you showed up." I could feel adrenaline kicking in and I couldn't feel the fear anymore.
"Because, I'm spoiled and what I want, I get." He explained while opening a chest.
"And you wanted me? A wreck of what is supposed to be a human? I'm the reason birth control exists and you WANT ME?" I shouted.
"Look, when I search through girls I make sure they're only the best." He stated as he took out a blade.
"Jason, what are you doing?" I asked him terrified.
"Teaching you a lesson, baby girl." He said as he started gently scratching my thigh with the blade.
"You won't hurt me. You care too much about me to hurt me." I said while studying his actions.
He then looked me in the eyes and pushed it into my skin cutting it through. I screamed in response.
"I've learned to not care about anyone but myself," He said and I felt another slice in my thigh. Blood was squirting out of the wounds, everywhere.
"JASON! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I screamed.
"Here's a blanket I'll see you tomorrow," Jason smirked as he left the basement.
The next couple of days brought so much mental and physical pain. I was covered in cuts and bruises by Friday. At this point, I couldn't tell between my blood and the dead people from this room's blood.
I woke up and saw a blurry silhouette of someone in the doorway. "Jason?" I asked quietly.
"Shh no it's me. I came to get you out of here." Christian said.
"Listen, I want to leave I do. But I don't want Jason to catch us and we both end up here. Especially me, I'm going to be selfish cuz I don't want this pain to continue." I replied weakly as he started untying the ropes.
"Thank you. I see those past few days paid off." I heard as I saw another silhouette appear, before passing out.
Jason
I looked at the tied-up girl in the middle of the room.
"She's so peaceful when she's asleep," I said to Christian.
"You need help, McCann." He scoffed as he walked out.
I rolled my eyes before untying Talia and then carrying her upstairs.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?" I heard Bianca scream as I left to get a first aid kit.
"Taught her a lesson. As you can see, she's out; meaning, it was successful." I stated as I walked over to them.
Swiftly, I opened up the kit, grabbed some rubbing alcohol and other things, and started cleaning Talia's wound.
After a couple of minutes, I heard a hiss and whimpering. I looked over at the girl in front of me who had tears streaming down her face.
This sight caused a flood of guilt all over me, that I had to suppress to show my dominance over everyone here.
"What was your idea with her again? Because I and the other girls fell for our current boyfriends, some fiancés, almost immediately. Do you love her? Or did you just need a drowned-in-fear punching bag? Because I don't understand what your idea is." Bianca added as she left.
Her words made me realize though, I have been cruel to Talia for, basically, no reason. This isn't a Disney movie, this is real life and I should do something instead of torture.
"I don't think she's going to fall for you might as well just threaten her and then let her go," Bianca said before walking away.
Letting go of Talia would be the dumbest mistake to make, so I'm not going to do that. I need to show her I'm not as bad as I seem...
I gathered the girls to ask for advice.
"What should I do to prove to Talia I'm not a bad person?" I asked them.
"At this point, fucking pray," Erika said and they all started laughing.
I had to agree with them but there had to be something I could do.
I hit the wall next to me very hard making the girls, jump causing them to shut up.
"Listen, there's gotta be a way. Buying gifts?" I asked and they all looked at me with a disappointed look in their eyes.
"No, that could give her very temporary satisfaction. VERY." Claudia emphasized.
"Why do you women have to be so difficult?" I said as I hit the wall with my head.
"If you're going to buy her something, get her clothes; she's running out," Claudia said and I spun around. "Running out of clothes not running out of here." She clarified and smacked her face.
"Ok, so, what do I do?" I asked them.
"Change the way you communicate with her completely," Bianca said. "Be softer, help her out, and don't punish her, unless she wants it." She added.
I took mental notes of what she said and decided to change myself. But, I knew it would take a while for Talia to get comfortable with me.
