I Just Miss You

...She froze "Uh... I-" she rubbed her arm and tried to find something to say but it was almost impossible "J-Joe..." she stuttered

"When did you learn..." he wanted to know

"About a week and a half..."her eyes couldn't stand look up at him

" Why didn't you tell me? "he was smiling

Taylor had tears running down her eyes. Seeing that, Joe instantly went and sat next to her. It was unbearable to watch her cry. Quickly, he wrapped his hands around her, having her to crawl close to him.

" Hey, hey love! You don't have to cry!" he kissed her forehead

"It wasn't that easy to tell you. I was scared that you'd freak out and leave" she confessed

A chuckle escaped his lips "I'll never ever leave you. Especially now."

"Y-you're not mad?" she managed to say

"Mad? Mad...?"he kissed the tip of her nose" You know what? Yes I am mad. I am veeery mad because now I have to love someone more than you "he smiled

" So... you won't leave? " she whispered

"Taylor, no! Don't be stupid" he chuckled "I have the rest of my life to spend it with you and that child in here" he slid his hand underneath her shirt, now his bare palm caressing the skin of her belly

"You promise?" her eyes were stuck on his own eyes

Joe just grinned and whispered "I promise"

With it, she just tightened her hand around him, having her face against his chest. Their love was so strong. They had finally won in in life and they could have their peace. At least for now.

A little later they had lied on the bed again, tied together in a hug, cuddling. Their gazes were avoiding to meet. Audible was the sound of their breathing as their chests were rising and falling simultaneously. Her head was lying on his shoulder and her hand on his chest.

There was silence. Much silence. A pleasant silence. There was love in the air. However, Joe decided to break that silence.

"What do you think the gender is?" he turned his gaze toward her

She examined his face features and said "I don't know...what do you want it to be?"

"I actually don't care about the gender. Whatever it is, I'll give to that kid the same love" he said

"That's so sweet" she said in awe

"Wow....just imagine a blonde angel running around the house" he giggled "Our little angel. Our little creation"

"Yeah"

"Gosh Taylor...we're going to be parents..."

"Yeah...Damn it's terrifying" she chuckled

"That's true. Being a parent is so huge and such a responsibility" he claimed

"I know... I even had a meeting two days ago as you remember. We had to reschedule the tour because I don't think I'll be able to make a performance while being pregnant" she giggled

"What about Beyonce? She was performing while being pregnant"

"Hey, hey, hey! Calm down! I'm not Beyonce!" she told him

"But she did it! Why not you?"

"Because I'm just Taylor Swift and not Beyonce" she rolled her eyes

"Yeah. So? I believe you're way better than her"
