A month passed and they still haven't met. They just have videocalls and see each other at school. Nothing more. Joe is free but Taylor has no free time. She has so much work to do. March is always the most difficult month for her since she has to correct tests, essays from every grade and she has to write them exercises for homework to help them improve their skills. And the worst part is that she also has to put marks in every student for their performance in lesson. She doesn't have any time for herself at all which is what annoys her the most. Every day she wakes up, she goes to work, she teaches then she comes back, she eats something, and after all of these she goes to her desk and starts correcting all these paper stuff. She starts at 4pm and she finishes at 9. And then she sleeps at 10 pm since she's really exhausted. That's her daily routine which she detests.
Her phones rings, it's Joe again but she won't pick it up. She has to concentrate on work and when she'll finish, they can spend together every single second of the day. But for now...she can't.
Suddenly she hears her phone ringing again. This time it was a message from Joe again. She'll check it later. But then she heard again this annoying sound. And again...and again...and again till it pissed her off.
She took her phone in her hands, unlocked it and checked the message

Joe💘 :
Hello babe. It's been a week since we've officially met and I miss you terribly.

Joe💘:
So I had an idea

Joe 💘:
I know you work a lot these days, but in two days, a friend of mine throws a party

Joe💘:
Soooo...... Will you come with me? I think it's the most suitable occasion for you to relax a little. What do you think? Will you accompany me?😢❤️

Ugh. She didn't know what to answer now. She wants to go but she doesn't know if she can manage the time. But you know what...she needs a day off work. She can't feel her body. She feels weak. She sits every day in a chair and she doesn't move at all and she wants to see Joe so badly. She can't stay away from him and being a month away, hurts her as fuck. Okay yes he visits her but only for a while and the he leaves since she wants silence in house. So the best solution is to take a day off in two days, and get ready for the party.
Then she decides to text him back

Taylor :
Hey babeeee! I saw your calls, I don't answer because there's so much pressure with work and it's infity as you say for my legs 😂

Taylor :
And yes I'll accompany you babe. I miss you so so much 😞❤️

Joe💘:
Great!! Thanks God you answered. I was about to come around. So the party is in two days at 9 o'clock. I'll pick you up at 8:30. ❤️

Taylor :
Okay Mr hot actor. I'll be waiting for you! Now I have to focus on work again. Ugh 😩

Joe💘 :
Okay. I don't wanna delay you babe.

He puts his phone on his nightstand and smiles. He was lost in his own thoughts when he heard something from the kitchen. Oh God no. James and Betty must have fucked up something. Shit. Yes he invited Betty in their house. She was such a lovely girl. So little, so sweet and kind. He can understand why she is James's best friend.
Then he goes downstairs and notices a mess. They had fallen flour on the floor and their faces were full of it. Joe looks at them. He doesn't say anything. James is afraid that he'll scream at them. But instead, he laughs seeing them like this. He doesn't care if he has to clean this mess. They are kids, they have to have fun. Then, Joe tells them to go to James's house so that he can clean this mess with silence. And they did as he said. He took the broom and started cleaning the place. In 3 minutes the floor was finally done.
Later that night, Betty's father came, talked for a little with Joe and then they left. Joe put James for sleep and then Joe went to his bed and turned on the TV. He was switching channels when he suddenly felt his eyelashes shutting. That's when he turn off the TV and tried to sleep.
Two days Taylor, two days he whispered to himself and closed his eyes.
