Tsuru, Allon, and Caron were driving back to the house in complete Not one silence. Neither of them started a conversation. Allon and Caron sat in the front seats leaving Tsuru in the back.

She was looking at the window, but not at what was outside instead at her reflection. Looking at the brown hair and blue eyes that stared back at her made it feel like it was someone else looking at her. So unusual and hard to get costumed to, knowing that she was filling the shoes of someone she killed.

Feeling remorse over her actions, wishing she could turn back. How could she get Evira back, and return what belonged to her? In all that analizing she had nearly forgotten about Keir, her main plan.

Tsuru closed her eyes, reminding herself of all she had learned about these times. Evira mentioned that anything could be found on the internet, if that was really true then she simply needed to search for things he'd done through the years.

"Allon, where's Evi-... where's my phone?" She caught herself in time, still getting a weird glance from Caron.

Allon turned to look back at her while Caron was driving, "Should be in the bag besides you? Whta will you do?" looking at her suspiciously a second he turned back in his seat.

"Just... wanna see the time. And it's six thirty." Tsuru said playing it off. She kept an eye on Allon from the mirror until his eyes where off her. Caron wasnt questioning her actions and seemed lost in her thoughts.

She remembered seeing Evira mess with it hr phone before, so she had an idea of how to access it. Pressing a few codes but never getting it right, Allon extended a paper to her, hesitant at first but grabbing it Tsuru looked at its contents, some code written on it.

Understood what he meant and typed in the contents to the phone. He had already turned his back on her again seeing as he had taken his own phone out. Ignoring him going as she attempted to try and search up information on Keir, or anything that might lead to him.

A message popping up at the top to which she read, "What are you doing?" Was all he asked, she peered up at him while he continued like nothing happened.

She typed in a response, "Stay out of it, I'm working on things."

He chuckled in the front seat, going quiet when Caron looked at him. Writing a response, "You clearly know nothing. Now drop the phone before you screw up. If you wanna find Keir you'll need to start out with the lamps. The man loves them."

Reading his text she grumbled, "You do think you know everything, don't you?"

"Of course I do."

Rolling her eyes she searched information about lamps, ending up in failure as she didn't know enough of the technology as she needed. Throwing the phone aside, she leaned herself on the door. Her eyes traveled down to her legs, remembering how hard it was to get out of the hospital without falling. Tsuru lifted up her legs on the seat taking up all the space.

Some journeys last forever

And that's exactly how this car ride felt all the way back to the house, traffic didn't help either. Some random conversations that sparked every now and then bored her. Caron mentioned that she might need special treatment if the doctors' suspicions were true. Little did Caron know that none of that affected Tsuru, she was as healthy as any normal teenager Evira's age.

Finally reaching the house and parking up the car everyone was quick to open their doors. Stepping out while Tsuru had trouble getting out. Her legs like jelly every step she took out was like a rollercoaster. Caron reached out a hand to give her support while she got down.

Tsuru smiled genuinely at her feeling, "Thanks, mo... mom." the words still felt odd, but it was something she'd have to get used to, "I'm going inside."

She walked with her wobbly legs a couple steps when falling down, quickly rising to her feet, "All alright, all fine, I'm good."

Allon greeted her at the door, grabbing her arm and helping her stand straight and make it up the stairs, "So you're trying to find him, big task you're trying. How about getting used to the world first."

"And what do you suggest then? Should I go on for months like this, how thrilling." she clutched onto his arm and concentrated on going up the stairs.

Allon was practically carrying her up the stairs, as she barely managed to give a step, "Well find your immortal lover boy isn't just a lamp collector... well it kinda is but how to get to him? Just stay low for a while and be a happy little mortal."

"I see your point." she admitted, "But i don't want to waste months when everything is finally at hands reach."

Leaning against the wall Tsuru pointed at him, "Tell you what. Small deal here, you help me get my revenge, I'll get you Evira back."

He scoffed and walked past her, "A deal with you? Kill me now."

She smirked ignoring his remark, "Well, I offered. Guess Evira wasn't so much as family after all. Caron will be so heartbroken."

Allon sighed shaking his head, "Upstairs the computer." He held a hand out for her. Taking it and heading upstairs, going straight to Evira's room.

Tsuru froze a second, going into her room... where she killed her... in that bed.

Allon pulled her in getting to the computer to type in some things, clicking a few links looking for something in specific, "I think I've got him." He turned on the chair facing Tsuru, "Famous artifact collector. Holds the biggest lamp collection in the world including other great objects holding the value of millions. Currently resides in Arabia. Someone never left home... that's about all we know about him for now."

She held her chin looking up the ceiling, "How do we get to Arabia? By car or boat, i have no idea what kind of advancements there have been."

"Neither, we use something called planes to travel really far distances quickly. And frankly that's the best choice we can get, if you can pay that is." He announced to her seeing her confused facial expression, "It's big, metallic and can fly." His short explanation didn't help at all for her understanding of it, "You'll know soon enough."

"Alright...And how do you plan I, get the money?"

He leaned back on his chair, taking a deep breath, "That's where things get a little more complicated. But think about it, he's a lamp collector, what happens when he sees a real genie's lamp up for sale?"

"You're thinking I'll put my lamp up for sale to him?!" she snorted at him, "That's a no. He'll be able to tell it's me."

Allon gave a nod agreeing with her, but thought up something else, "We'll sell mines along with yours then. He couldn't just let go of the opportunity of having both."

"That should draw him out, and then I can take my revenge. It doesn't seem so bad to have you as an ally."

Murder... something that became her nature

The man had come back and told them all to get back in the lamps, silencing anyone who disagreed. While some complained most of them agreed, understanding there was nothing they could do. Hiding in the lamps, Tsuru being one who agreed to it quickly.

Keir gave her a smile before going in, "So here it begins... best of luck."

The old man went around picking up all those that had listened. Ignoring those that stayed outside demanding he turned them back to normal. Some of the ones grabbed had been Tsuru's, when his bag was filled he marched out the room again leaving many lamps behind.

He strolled through the streets heading in alleys and dropping some of the lamps on the floor. Eventually, it became Tsuru's turn, she was dropped and she quickly peeked through the hole, recognizing the place. She sobbed realizing home was barely minutes away.

Wishing desperately to see someone she knew pass by. Would they be looking for her? She had barely disappeared last night, they must be looking for her.
