Red Carpet Debut

When Andrew and I returned from our vacation I left pretty quickly to go shoot a movie so we didn't get to spend much time together back home. But he surprised me halfway through shooting by flying out to see me and spend two weeks with me "I have the premiere for the Hacksaw Ridge coming up soon and I was hoping you'd do me the honor of going with me as my date for the evening" he says to me one night as we're chilling in my hotel room "Our official red carpet debut" I say "Its about time I showed off my amazing beautiful girlfriend to the world" he says "And I can gush about my amazingly handsome talented boyfriend" I say "Exactly so I take it that its a yes" he says "Of course it is. I'd go anywhere with you Andrew Russell Garfield" I say "Likewise Aurora Sofia Moore" he says and he kisses me.

It's been a couple of weeks now and I've finished shooting the movie and I'm currently in LA with Andrew getting ready for the premiere tonight. My time getting ready obviously takes longer than Andrew's so I've spent most of the day getting ready whilst he's been doing some press promotional stuff. My hair and makeup are just finished when he arrives back to the hotel "Hello love" he says "Hi handsome no kisses or you'll have my very pissed off make up artist to deal with" I say "Okay beside I get to kiss you everyday whenever I want so I can sacrifice one kiss to preserve that beautiful makeup. I'm gonna take a quick shower before they start working on me" he says "Alright" I say. They take some photos of my makeup and hair for social media and then whilst Andrew is getting ready I go and pick out my accessories for my outfit and then I get dressed and they take some more photos for social media.

We're finally both ready and we go outside to the car and head to the premiere "You ready for this?" he asks as we pull up "Yes" I say and he gets out first and their are camera flashes and then he holds out his hand and I take it and exit the car after him and he holds my hand as we make our way towards the carpet for photos. They split us up so Andrew can get some photos with his Co stars and I get pulled for some quick interviews "Hi Aurora firstly I love the look you enjoy a bold makeup look and secondly you arrived with your good friend Andrew has a romance blossomed between you two" they say "Thank you I love to be a little out there with my makeup looks and have fun when I'm doing things like this and yes Andrew and I are a couple we finally admitted our feelings after years of both being in love with the other but too afraid to admit it to each other" I say "You must be proud of him tonight this film is incredible and is already getting some award buzz for Andrew" they say "He's always given his all in every role whether they end up being a flop or a huge success and he shot this movie and then went straight onto another one which was even more demanding and his passion for this is one of the things I love about him and he deserves to win some awards" I say "What's next for you we know you've just returned from shooting a new movie in Prague" they say "I'm going back to theatre Andrew is in London for awhile doing an incredible play called Angels in America and I'm gonna be doing The Last Five Years in London for the next month or so. I started in theatre and it's home for me so I'm glad to go back for a bit" I say "Has Andrew got the best friend seal of approval from Ezra" they say "Ezra was the one who pushed me to confront my feelings for Andrew he knew from spending time with us both that their were feelings there so I'm sure he'll claim credit for us getting together. They get along great which is important to me. Andrew and I are both have these communities of people around us who have been there for us in every circumstance and we've known them for years and even when we don't speak for awhile they always pick up when we call. It's important to build meaningful long lasting relationships with people" I say as I feel a hand on my waist and I look and see Andrew at my side "Sorry I have to steal this beautiful woman to head inside" he says "Before you go Aurora has mentioned that one of the things she loves about you is your passion for your work what's one thing you love about her" they say "She's very kind. Their are many things I love about her but if I had to pick one I'd have to say her strength she's been through so much since I've known her and yet she still goes out on stage or to an interview and kills it everytime despite the struggles she may be going through on the inside. She's just incredible and I'm a lucky guy" he says and I kiss him "Well thank you for talking with me and good luck with the movie and I wish you both a lifetime of happiness" they say and we thank them and head inside.

The movie made me cry and we spend a short while at the after party before heading back to our hotel "The press are already buzzing about our debut as a couple" I say as I'm scrolling through my phone waiting for Andrew to join me in bed "Of course they are you looked absolutely stunning and I was just the arm candy" he says "You were not. People loved the film and you looked just as amazing" I say and he exits the bathroom and hops into bed "Thank you " he says "Your welcome" I say and he leans in and kisses me and we celebrate Andrew's success our own way.
