Camille's POV

I don't know how long I've been in this cell like room. There is nothing to do besides stare at the walls. And Steve hasn't visited me at all yet, that's not his fault though. I could've only been in here for only thirty minutes and I'd still think it was days.

"He doesn't truly like you, you know," said a voice. My eyes dart around the room, who the hell said that.

"What?" I asked. "Where are you?" I heard the female chuckle.

"I'm another one of Steve's victims who fell for his charm. I'm in the room over from you."

Why had it never crossed my mind that there were more. "Is it just me and you?"

"I think so.. HELLO?!" No answer. "Yep just me and you."

"What's your name?"

"Andy. Yours?"

"Camille." A dreadful silence washed over us. There was a sense of same in the air. Just two girls who fell for Steve Kemp's trap.

"I'm right though.. he doesn't like you," Andy spoke.

"Could you hear our entire conversation?"

"Yes.. and I'm scared for you. Although I don't believe he likes you, he definitely has some sort of fantasy that he wants to pursue with you."

"What do you mean fantasy? He fucking kidnapped me!"

"But when I came here all he did was yell at me afterwards. He never consoled me. Just left me here."

"Oh." So I was different. That could make things easier. If everything goes the way I want it to.

"Don't Camille. I know what you are thinking. It's what ever girl tries to do in those stupid movies."

"But you said it yourself. He has some sort of soft spot for me. This is the chance to escape. You and me!"

"Keep your voice down goddammit. He could hear you."

I took a deep breath before continuing. "Just let me try. If I don't try then I'm just going to end up dead."

"I don't think you'd die. He said it himself, as long as you behave, you'll be perfectly fine."

Reality consumed me. It's either I die trying to escape this place. Or I'm stuck here forever. "I'm trying. I don't give a shit anymore." Andy didn't utter a single word. Guess I got her to shut up.

Steve's POV

What the fuck was I doing? I'm supposed to just take meat from her, not develop feelings. Even the thought of hurt Cam right now, make me sick. I really hope she acts good, I don't want to deal with the consequences.

I was currently packaging up some orders for the clients. It was some girl named Melissa that recently died. I never want to see Camille end up in a box like this.

Once everything was done, I started to make food for Cam, and Andy. Cant have her dying on me now. I stayed simple today. A steak and some vegetables. I first brought the food for Andy, all she did was stare at me.

"Have some manners," I scoffed. She continued to glare. Might have to teach her a lesson soon. Once I was out of her room, I brought the other plate to Cam's.

I opened the door and saw her still in the same spot on her bed. "I brought food." I set the plate down next to her and pushed it towards her.

"Is that..?" She said gesturing towards the steak.

"No god no! It's just steak, I wouldn't force that upon you." She half smiled and took a bit of the food.

She moaned at the taste. Fuck, she's doing things to me. "Jesus Steve, you really can cook." She took another bite.

"I keep my promises." I watched her eat the food. She was so adorable and cute, I almost felt guilt for what I brought her in on.

Once she finished, she looked at me seriously. "If you aren't going to sell me, then what am I even here for?"

"I like you, how many times do I have to say that," I sighed. "I want to be with you, continue being with you."

"I can't be with someone who does this for a fucking job."

"I would never show you this part of me ever again. And once I trust you enough to not escape, I'll let you out of this room and you can stay with me."

Cam isn't good at hiding her emotions, and I could tell there was a mental battle going on in her brain. One part of her wants to leave and never come back, the other part wants me.

"Okay," she states.

I raised my eyebrows, "Okay? You aren't going to say anything else?"

"We can try whatever it is that we have going on."

I smiled, "Let's hope you keep feeling that way." I crouched down to her and held her jaw. I slowly rubbed it with my thumb. "You are so pretty," I mumbled before capturing her lips in mine.

She tensed up, but quickly eased into the kiss. I knew a part of her liked me. This kiss was slow and passionate. Expressing all of our emotions into one.

Cam broke the kiss first, "Wow, I-I wasn't expecting you to do that." She nervously laughed.

"Yeah well you enjoyed it so I'm glad I did." I got up and walked to the door. "I'll bring you books or something to keep yourself entertained."

"Okay, thank you."

"Remember, the more I trust you, the sooner you are at getting out of this room. I know how boring it can be." With that I left the room, locking it behind me. I wish I didn't have to do that, but she's only been here a day. Any sane person would escape this soon into being taken.

"Stop messing with her head," I heard Andy say as I walked passed her door. I had no energy to reply and continued to walk. I wish I was messing with her head, but these emotions were real, and they scared the shit out of me.
