As early as 6 am, the UST Growling Tigers were gathered in front of the QPav to go to Baguio for their Team Building. They're almost complete— except for four.
COACH BONG: Nasaan na ba sina Ferrer?
LOUIE: Eto na po, tinatawagan ko na po.
COACH BONG: Sabihin mo bilis bilisan naman! Ganyan ipapakita nila sa rookies?
LOUIE: Opo, opo, eto na po.
Nang sagutin na ni Kevin ang pangwalong tawag...
KEVIN: Naka loudspeaker yan!
LOUIE: Bro! Asan na ba kayo? Si coach umuusok na ang ilong!
KAIZEN: Malapit na kami, sandali nalang.
PAOLO: Ayan na kami, nakikita na namin yung bus!
Tumigil na sa pagtakbo ang Tigers at sa harap pa mismo ni Coach Bong.
COACH BONG: Hay salamat at dumating narin ang mga VIP!
KEVIN, PAOLO, KAIZEN, KENT: Pasensya na po coach.
COACH BONG: Sige na, sumakay na kayo sa bus bago pa uminit lalo ang ulo ko at iiwan ko kayo.
Sa kabuuan ng biyahe ay tulog ang mga Tigers. Kaya napagtripan sila ni Kevin at pinicturan sila isa-isa.
Pagdating ng Baguio, pumunta muna sila ng simbahan to hear mass and to thank God for a safe trip there. The Tigers then preceeded to where they are to stay throughout the team building — Baguio Country Club. Nagkanya-kanya na sila sa mga naka assign na kwarto sa kanila.
PAOLO: Pwede bang matulog ulit?
KAIZEN: Tulog nanaman?
KENT: Hindi ka ba nagsasawa kakatulog? Pati nga sa misa kanina tulog ka nung sermon eh.
PAOLO: Hindi. Kasi sa panaginip ko nakakasama ko si Mia.
KEVIN: *hampas ng unan* Ayan, diyan ka magaling. Pero di ka naman maka score kasi tinotorpe ka.
KAIZEN: Truth hurts bro.
RENZO: *pasok sa kwarto* Hi mga kuya.
PAOLO: Bakit andito ka?
RENZO: Nakipagpalit sakin si Sablan, dito daw ako.
KENT: Ayos! *high five kay Renzo*
KAIZEN: Nice one! *fist bump kay Renzo*
ED: Renzo, ready ka na ba matanggal buhok mo pagbalik natin ng Manila?
RENZO: *hawi ng buhok* Di pa nga kuya eh. Pero kailangan, initiation eh.
KENT: Sa DLSU diba cross dress?
RENZO: Yup. Dun pumapasok ang asaran lalo na pag lumabas na ang pictures.
KEVIN: Marami ka pang pagdaraanan sa UST, Renzo. Simula lang yang eggnog head.
KAIZEN: Tigers, tara na. First activity starts in 4 minutes daw.

The Tigers performed various activities like Your First Impression, Pass the Message, Tug of War, Relays, and Four-Legged Race. They ate lunch together, and was even given time to swim in the pool.
After sunset, ang ginawa naman nila ay personal na pagpapakilala sa sarili at isang trivia tungkol sa kanila.
COACH: So we're down to our last activity for today. At alam niyo na kung ano yun. Siyempre, seniors first.
Tumayo na si Kaizen at pumunta sa harapan.
KAIZEN: I'm Kim Kaizen Lo, 5th year and last year ko na. I play small forward and nanggaling ako sa St. Jude Catholic School. Alam na ng seniors 'to, pero for the sake of the rookies. Isa ako sa mga naniniwala parin sa right timing pagdating sa pag-ibig. Yun dahilan kung bakit single parin ako *kaway* Thank you.
PAOLO: Ako si Paolo Lorenzo Pe, 5th year narin. Center naman tapos galing Ateneo High School.
TIGERS: Naks!
PAOLO: Up to the present aminado po akong baby boy parin ako ng mommy ko *natawa*
TIGERS: *tawanan*
KEVIN: Kevin Manuel Ferrer in the house!
KENT, KAIZEN, PAOLO, ED: Woooh!
KEVIN: Yan, mga fans ko mga yan. But, anyway, USTHS pride tapos 4th year ko na. Small forward rin ako like Kim Kaizen. Alam niyo bang inaasar ako na kapre dahil sa height ko? Pero dahil dun, feeling ko may nakatanggap sakin sa pagiging ganto ko.
TIGERS: Bading ka, Kev?!
KEVIN: Sira! Natanggap ako sa physical appearance ko kahit na matangkad at payat ako, ano ba naman kayo.
COACH BONG: Taga Tigresses ba yan? *smirk*
KENT: Nice coach!
ED: Gumaganon si coach!
KENT: Ako naman si Kent Jefferson See Lao, 3rd year power forward galing St. Stephen's High School. Madalas niyo kaming nakikita ni Kaizen na magkasama, tapos pareho pang KL initials namin, pero wala pong kami.
TIGERS: *tawanan*
KENT: Ako naman, ma-sshare ko lang, dati chickboy ako, diba Kaizen?
KAIZEN: *tumango sabay thumbs up*
KENT: Yun,pero may isang babae na nakapagpabago ng buhay ko, recently lang.
KEVIN: Kilala yata namin yan.
LOUIE: Louie Philippe Vigil, 3rd year shooting guard naman. Galing akong Jose Rizal University pero naging La Sallian din ako. Sensitive ako pagdating sa family ko and lahat ng mga kaibigan ko turing ko kapatid na. Tigers *kaway*
TIGERS: Naks naman!
RENZO: Well, I'm Henri Lorenzo Subido. I came from De La Salle Zobel. I'm your rookie point guard. Well, there's this girl, also from Zobel, that I like and it's a forbidden love because our parents have issues with each other.
TIGERS: Aw, saklap.
The rest of the Tigers did the same. After the introduction, they had to draw a picure of something or someone sentimental and explain why they drew it. After that activity, they all headed to their rooms for a good night sleep. But before that...
RENZO: Kuya Kev...
KEVIN: Di ka makatulog?
RENZO: Di naman. Pero curious lang ako.
KEVIN: Ano yun?
RENZO: May something nga sa inyo ni Ate Jessey?
KENT and KAIZEN: Oo, meron
KEVIN: Wala. Bakit, type mo si stick?
RENZO: Hindi, kuya. Bagay nga kasi talaga kayo.
KAIZEN and KENT: Sabi sayo, Kev eh.
KEVIN: Ay nako, matulog na nga kayo.
