Your POV

I walked into the coffee shop around the corner to get my favorite kind of tea. Red raspberry yum! After I get my tea I head out of the coffee shop as fast as I can cause I'm late for work. When I get to the door someone pushes it into me, spilling my tea all over my shirt. I fall over onto the ground and as soon as I hit it I hear a man gasp, "oh my gosh I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" He says in a British accent. I don't answer cause I got the wind knocked out of me from falling on my back.

My eyes are slightly closed as I feel the man grab my arm and help me up. He starts to shake my shoulders snapping me out of the trance I was in because of the pain I felt in my back from the fall. "Hello, Miss are you okay?" He says now sounding a little worried. "Yes I'm okay my back it just...wha my shirt is wet... why is it....oh no you spilled my tea on me!" I said with a shocked yet mad tone. "I'm so sorry I didn't see you there!" He said while still holding my arms with his hands.

I was still a little shaken up and needed the support his hands were providing even though I didn't what to admit it cause I was starting to get mad at him. "What's your name is there anything I can do to help?" His eyes looked worried and his tone of voice was still somewhat startled. "My name is y/n and no I'm fine" I said, "I don't need your help I am gonna be even more late for work now!" I pulled my arms away from his hands as I slightly had to brace myself with the back of my heels as my back still hurt a little. "You don't seem fine." He said raising his eyebrows. He started to write down something on his phone.

"You said your name was y/n right? My name is Tom, can I please have your number so I can check up on you later cause I feel bad?" I was about to walk out the door when he asked this but I quickly turned around. He was looking at me with the kindest expression and I couldn't be mad at him anymore. "Yeah okay here give me your phone and I'll put it in." I said with a nicer tone. I put my number in his phone and gave it back to him and then felt my phone buzz right after. I took it out and read a text. "Hello darling this is my number." I looked up at him as he smirked at me. Then I saw the time and realized I was an HOUR late for work! How am I an hour late? "Oh my gosh I have to go!" I started to run down the street, and then i quickly hopped into my car and drove away.

Tom's POV

I felt so bad after knocking y/n over with the door. She didn't really seem like she was okay. When I had my hands holding her arms I could feel her almost about to fall over, just as the worker at the coffee shop was cleaning the spill of tea on the floor.

I think she is better now cause she ran away after looking at the time on her phone. As I watched her run down the street as her beautiful long y/h/c hair blew in the wind she picked up, I saw a piece of paper drop out of her bag. I was going to go into the coffee shop to get a drink but I was so distracted by this girl that I watched her as she left.

I quickly ran to pick up the piece of paper she left on the ground as I saw her drive away. It had creases on it like she had been holding it inside her bag for a while. I looked at the paper as I read what was written in small yet somewhat sloppy hand writing. It read, "y/n I'm sorry, I love you but this just feels forced. Maybe one day it won't but until then I can't do this any longer. -Drew."

Who was this person? Why was he writing something so important on a note? I felt as if I just invaded her life and privacy and I know exactly how that feels as I'm Tom Holland, of course. So, I quickly folded it up and put it into my pocket for safe keeping until I hopefully saw her again. I was so flustered through all of this that I didn't even have a chance to realize that it seemed like she didn't know that I was the one and only Tom Holland! Wow that's new!
