Chapter Twelve

Tom's pov

Our foreheads laid against each other for a minute as we both were processing what we just took in. I wasn't gonna lie, she was a good kisser. We pulled away from each other while looking into each other's eyes. I didn't really know what to say and she didn't look like she knew either. I'm not sure what this means exactly. I mean I definitely like her but i don't know if this means we are together or not. Before one of us could say anything Paddy and Harry came into the room. I think Paddy might have been telling Harry about his day with me and y/n.

Your pov

My moment with Tom was over, Paddy and Harry came into the room looking like they had some questions. I don't think they saw us but they were just in the other room. Paddy sat down next to me and Harry sat in a chair across from us. Tom was sitting closer to me than Paddy was and I could feel his hand pull away from where it had been on my waist. "So, it sounds like you guys had a pretty uneventful day, Paddy was just telling me!" Harry smirked at Tom while scanning us both with his eyes. "Uh yeah, well I figured since y/n still needs to rest that we would just do something relaxing so we just watched some tv." Tom replied with a small smile towards Harry and a glance towards me.

"Yes, it was a very nice restful day thanks to Tom and of course Paddy, I honestly didn't know I needed it. Without them I probably would have made my pain worse trying to get things done!" I added, cause it felt so awkward for some reason. "Oh yeah I'm sorry I didn't ask! How are you doing? Tom has told me a little bit about what happened but not much." Harry finally helped me break the awkwardness. "Well thanks for asking, I am getting better but for some reason today I just feel very weak and my back is very hot, like it just doesn't feel good at all, actually sorry I think I need to go use your restroom? Um could you point me to it?"

I was so caught up in the moment me and Tom kissed that I almost forgot about the pain I was in. I started to get up while Tom was supporting me and Paddy and Harry just looked confused at what I just told them, as did Tom. "Tom will show you to it right Tom." Harry asked, his voice getting a tiny bit higher. "Of course I will, right this way darling."

Tom got behind me with his arm hugging my waist tight by my lower back for support, while he took my one arm and put it over his shoulders. We walked to the bathroom and I let go of him while leaning on the sink counter. "Thank you, don't worry I'm fine love." I smiled and shut the door locking it, leaving him with a cute little worried look on his face. I got a pad out of my purse cause I figured I needed to change it.

I normally don't bleed a lot but this time there was a lot more than my body was used to giving out. It took my body years to get to a regular period because of how light it always was so it is normal for there to be a lot more blood than usual but it still took a toll on my body. I think that this might be why I have been feeling weak today other than how hot and sore my back is but it doesn't seem like this could be the only reason.

Tom's pov

I sat back down on the couch after helping y/n get to the bathroom. She called me love, that could only mean one thing. She likes me just as much as I like her! I am a little worried about her though, cause she seemed fine before we got to my parents house but now she's telling me she's been feeling really weak and hot? I mean she did seem a little out of it earlier, getting out of the car, but I didn't think anything of it.

Paddy and Harry were both staring at me like I was a ghost. "What? Why do you keep staring at me you guys? Come on, what are you on about." I looked at Harry first cause he looked like he had something to say. "Nothing bro, it's just that you seem to really care about her. I mean Paddy told me about everything you did for her today, how you kissed her, and took like five minutes just to make sure you got her the right sandwich, and how you look when she is talking to you is just ridiculous man!"
