After the Ancient One traveled back in time, IRyS and I alongside with Calli and Kiara, who just got out from the marble and was told the brief story of what was going on, took care of the wounded Council members and Gura, who fell unconscious after the fight, in the infirmary which I woke up in before.

We four provided them first aid, as much as we could.

IRyS was the one who asked me to give them the first aid, the same that I did with my human patient as a volunteer nurse, to the wounded Council members.

At first, I was not sure but because of the other girls' assistance, I was able to successfully help everyone.

"Sigh~~~!!!"

I let out a long and heavy sigh while I was taking a rest in the room next to the infirmary.

"Thank you, Miss Amelia. You helped us a lot."

IRyS, who was sitting next to me, said.

On the opposite side from my seat. Kiara was giving Calli an aggressive cuddle.

"Damn you, Kusotori! Stop!"

Calli tried to stop Kiara but it was useless.

"Calli! ...do you remember me? You're not forgetting about me, are you!?"

Kiara asked while she was trying to give Calli a kiss.

I watched them and felt relieved.

Despite the direness of the situation, I still got all of my friends back and no one was dead.

I tried to think positively as I turned to IRyS.

"So...is this over, IRyS?"

IRyS listened to my question and looked very anxious. She kept quiet for a while before deciding to answer me back.

"No! Miss Amelia. It is not near over but just the beginning instead."

I listened to IRyS' answer and was puzzled.

"What do you mean?"

I asked IRyS.

"With the Ancient One traveling back to her past, it will be doom to her timeline."

IRyS said that with a serious voice, then Calli spoke to her.

"This might sound weird, coming from the reaper like me, but does the Ancient One go back to save its friends that bad? I mean... I know it's bad for the timeline's order and stuff but still..."

Calli, the grim reaper herself, was the one who argued about cheating the death.

"About that..."

IRyS paused for a second as she was deciding whether to speak or not. In the end, she came to a conclusion and decided to talk.

"About that, Miss Calliope. It is more complicated than that."

IRyS, once again, paused for a moment which made me ask her the cause of my confusion.

"What's complicated about that, IRyS? The Ancient One just traveled back in time to save its friends from a monster, right? Like Calli said it may be bad to the timeline's order but it's not like it went back in time to destroy the earth or start its world domination plan, right?"

I spoke with an understanding of mine about this whole situation as an ordinary human who doesn't know anything about time-traveling.

IRyS listened to my words intently. She nodded and then started to explain things more.

"You are not wrong nor right, Miss Amelia. It's true that if the Ancient One decided to go back in time with dire intention, it would be a disaster, but this is not about stopping her from saving her friend, but it is about stopping her from traveling back in time without knowing the truth."
