Amelia's POV
we have a meeting today about something that I have no clue about all I know it's a fundraiser for our hospital. I was walking down to the conference room alone when I see my brunette walking looking down at her phone.
I slightly pushed her off into the side she being her was being dramatic "why did you push me so hard" she asked "so you could fall for me" I said "that wasn't funny" she told me trying to keep a straight face while looking "neither was that joke you made last night" I told her "yes it was" she said "it was a Peter Pan joke" I told her "mhm then why were you laughing so hard" she said "because it was funny because it wasn't funny" I told her
"you obviously thought it was funny" she told me as she was opening the door to the room to my surprise everyone is there just gathered talking "shepherd and evans nice to finally see you guys join us" Alex said "where else would we be" I said raising my eyebrows "probably having sex" Mia said "ha now that was funny" I said giving her a stare and I lightly pinched her back in a playful way when she felt me she jumped a little moving away from me walking over to Alex to talk with him.
"Amelia" I heard Arizona say "Arizona" I said "what are we here for" she asked "no clue I was just told to come we have a meeting" I said and she nodded she was looking at me which I found kinda weird "why're you looking at me" I said her she was smirking at me "when are you and Mia going to get married" she asked "I don't know we haven't really thought about
it yet" I told her
we were all just talking when April walked in with a bunch of papers in her hand then I see Mia walk back up to me playfully pushing back from earlier "shit sorry" Mia said smiling I gave her a look "I'll get you back" I said whispering in her ear she gave me a quick kiss before she had to turn her attention back to April
"how would you guys feel if we had a little game or fundraiser you can say" April said to everyone "about" Mia asked "well a contest with our speciality's" April said "ooh I wanna play fetal would totally win" Arizona said "no cardio would win" Maggie said "actually I think me and jo would" carina said "all of you are forgetting you need the brains for all of that which is why neuro would win" Mia said
"can we have the rules" Meredith asked "I won't say because they're all in this paper" April said then she continued to hand us each our own packet of papers. why was it a packet I have no clue that's all April kepner. "that's why you called us down here" Alex asked "yeah it's not like we having any patients anyways" April said before going and talking to Arizona. I turned back around now facing Mia she was on her phone laughing at something
"what are you laughing at" I asked her "none
of your business" she said laughing some more but I didn't think that was funny "remember that deal you made with me" I asked her then I saw her eyes widened one time me and her made a deal about something... "tell me what it was again" she asked with a smirk I whispered in her ear so nobody else could hear us "mhmm and what about it" she said "let's do it" I said "right here" she said with a laugh "no" I said laughing "maybe" she said with a smirk looking at me up and down.
Mia's POV
After the meeting was over I went to the lab to work on some things since we have barely like any patients here anyways. me and Amelia have been playing a game around the hospital it's hide-and-seek/tag she started it not me.
"hey evans have you seen Amelia" Alex asked me "no" I said "why what happened" he asked "oh nothing it's just we are playing tag so I don't know where she went" I told him "you guys make the perfect strange couple" he said
ok after I finished my work I went to go and find Amelia because she has been gone for a while and I wanted to find her so I go and look in the blue room...ha I found her see I'm just that good at this game "how the hell" she said "I'm just that good babe" I said "you know what else you're good at" she said something about this makes me think it's not very kid friendly "what" I said she went to my ear to whisper to my guess I was right it was definitely not kid friendly
"do you wanna be my partner in this whole contest fundraiser" she asked me "no because you're a loser" I told her jokingly "yeah and you're a bitch" she said back making us both break out laughing "o my gosh Amelia why so mean to me" I asked her "you called me a loser" she said "but that wasn't even that mean you called me a bitch" I said "sorry you're not a bitch" she said laughing still "whatever you loser" I said this made her stop laughing at anything I said
"also Alex was looking for you" I told her "oh well then I should be on my way" she said with a small kiss then leaving me alone in the room
