Amelia's POV
today is April fools day and this is a day where me and Mia take a competition towards each other and I think I'm going to win because I have an advantage my girls well mostly Lexie because rylan will team up with Mia any day.

this one joke might be evil but it would kick things off I'm going to tell Mia I'm pregnant and of course she'll start freaking out and I had to bring Owen in this joke because why not it would make her more mad.

I brought a fake test because I literally know nobody who is pregnant but it's fine if she asks me to take another one I'll take an actual one and then tell her it's a joke because I don't want anymore kids I'm fine with my two girls.

I waited till Mia was awake and she did what she needed to do in the morning you know her normal daily routine while the girls sleep I was sitting on the bed fake looking on my phone when I saw her at the corner of my eye.

I forgot to mention I put the test on the counter in the bathroom so she would automatically see it I looked over at her and she had the test she was just looking at me "yes Mia" I said "don't yes Mia me are you pregnant" she got loud I didn't think she would just yell first.

"yep" I said still turning my attention to my phone she then took my phone "what the hell give me my phone back" I said "no you do realize what you just said right" she said I couldn't tell her emotions she was mad but at the same time she was laughing "yeah I said give me my phone back" I said

then she started pacing back and forth in the room "Amelia are you pregnant" she said "yes I'm pregnant" I said she was now out of emotions "are you happy" I said smiling at her trying to touch her "first of all you're a cheater and second your dumb" she said walking away from me throwing the test on the bed next to me

"what how!" I asked "you had sex with a guy and got pregnant last time I checked I don't have a penis" she yelled hysterically laughing "mmm" I said "do you think I'm playing around with you Amelia" she said I nodded "who the hell is the father" she asked "it's Owens" I said she rubbed her eyes and she was pacing around the room

"oh my fucking god" she said "what you don't want little red head babies..what if we have twins again" I said she looked at me and stayed in one spot "you're crazy! I don't want anymore kids Amelia! and last time you said you didn't either" she said "it was an accident" I said "how the hell do you have sex with someone by accident" she yelled at me I was trying so hard not to laugh

"I have no clue actually" I said "you know what maybe I'll go have sex with Tom" she said I didn't expect her to say that "no you shouldn't" I said "yeah I should you know since you think being a cheater is perfectly fine" she said "we are just having a new kid" I said "yeah! and it wasn't planned! it's with your ex and not your wife!" she said

"Amelia how the hell! I'm in shock right now and very pissed at you also!" she said she was pacing around and both rambling at the same time "Mia look at me" I said when she did she had tears forming in her eyes "it's a joke" I said "Amelia shut up you're a cheater" she said "ok calm down I'm not! the test is fake" I told her but she still didn't believe me

I dragged her to the restroom with me "now watch" I said I literally had to pee on a new test just to prove I'm not "now we wait" I said she was leaning against the wall. it was time I showed her and it was negative "see I'm not pregnant" I said "yeah you better not be cause if you're it only should be by me" she said now kissing me very passionately

"what's that for" I asked her as she pulled
away "don't ever tell me Owen is the father I would literally puke" she said "I think I won this new April fools game" I said smiling "yeah you do I give you props for that" she said "you do" I said "just know one thing you'll have a punishment" she said whispering in my ear

Mia's POV
Amelia pulled a joke on me and she thinks she won but I have my girls I'll take riles because if I do Lexie she might tell Amelia because she is exactly like her. but I also need an excuse to like leave the house without her getting suspicious and thinking of anything.

"hey riles" I said then I hear her little footsteps she comes and sit by me on the couch with her tablet of course "loves" I said she finally looked up at me "yes" she said "do you play a joke on mommy with me" I asked her "will I get in trouble" she asked "no you won't" I said she had her thinking face on she was concentrated

"fine" she said "ok good so you know how I told you mommy is scared of snakes" I said she nods "you want to go get one" I asked "a real one" she said "I don't know yet maybe we should do a fake one" I said now she was doing some more thinking

we finally decided to just go with a fake one but this one moves and makes noise I had to put it in a snake thingy box just so she thinks it's real "now riles go find mommy and tell her that you have a surprise for her" I told her and she went on her way shortly she came back with Amelia right behind her very confused

"sit down mommy" riles instructed Amelia to do and she did it "now close your eyes" she
said "now riles thinks you'll love this" I said we got out the fake snake we placed it in front of her I was going to tell her to throw it on Amelia but it might hit her in the face to hard

I whispered to throw the snake on Amelia in her ear because why not "ok open" riles said at first Amelia was confused then she finally had realized what it was "rylan why do you have a snake" she asked riles "mommy do you want to hold it" riles asked Amelia "no I don't I want you to take it outside" she told riles

"hey I brought that for her" I said "you brought our child a snake" Amelia said I could sense she was mad "look mommy I can hold it" riles said that's when Amelia jumped a little when riles had it in her hands she went all force and threw it straight at Amelia that looked kinda personal not going to lie but it was funny

"oh my fucking god" Amelia said she jumped
"run riles run" I said and she ran away "you do you think you're funny" she said "yes very" I said "you're not" she said she looked down at her lap and saw the fake snake still on her she threw it right at me but I caught it

"see this is why we don't need pets" she said "tell your daughters that not me" I said "I still won this April fools" she said "well you did get me pretty good but I also got you pretty good" I said "so are we saying tie" she asked "no let's have the girls decide" I said smiling

"no that's not fair" she said "why not" I asked her "because we all know Lexie will pick me and riles will pick you" she said I mean she is not wrong "fine it's a tie" I said "till next year I'm getting your ass back" she said walking out to the hallway "you wish shepherd" I said
