Mia's POV
Everything is good the hospital is doing good the workers are doing good we have our little residents back and working better than ever but today is a off day so I have the twins with me but something isn't right with Amelia she has been in bed all day like I have been up for about 2 hours now and normally she would get up with me but I thought she was just tired so I let her sleep but she literally hasn't came out.

"what are you girls doing" I asked the twins we were in the kitchen eating breakfast "mommy let us download this game" Lexie said I looked down and they were both playing a doctor game "ok um I'll be right back ok" I told them because i needed to go and see Amelia she is starting to scare me what if she is sick.

I walk into our room to find her asleep she had pillows surrounding her and she had blankets all over her "meila" I said I got no response back from her I walked to over to see her in the bed asleep her hair was all in her face I started to push her hair back out of her face making her move and groaning at the touch.

"mhm" she mumbled "babe what's wrong" I asked her she opened her eyes and cuddle underneath the blankets more "I think I'm sick" she said but from looking at her she is sick "no love you're sick" I said looking at her then she started coughing so I backed up far from her side of the of the bed. "you're supposed to help me when I'm sick" she said blowing her nose "I will but first let me go see what our kids are doing" I told her then she sat up really fast "oh my gosh the girls" she said "can you calm down, they have another mom" I said "but not me" she said coughing again. should I be offended she said that too me?

I walked up to her pushed her body down and pulling the covers up her body "you lay down I will take care of them" I said "you cannot baby me" she said "babe listen to me you can't take care of them you're sick and if you get me sick I'll get them sick ok" I said she nodded

looks like I'm stuck alone I mean I kinda figured something was wrong just didn't know what "I'll be right back" I said to Amelia kissing her forehead before heading out into the living room where the girls have now moved into after they finished their breakfast apparently

"lexie and rylan?" I said they both looked up at me "yes mama" Lexie said "we need to be extra good today because mommy is sick" I told them "is she having a baby" rylan asked "what no why would you think that" I asked her but it was probably something to do with Arizona she fills the girls head with baby dust and stuff.

"auntie zona said that when you have babies you can get sick" she explained "yes you can but no mommy is not pregnant" I told them both "ok so what" Lexie said "I'm trying to figure that out which is why we need to behave and be good" I told them "can we make a card for mommy" rylan asked "flowers! can we get her flowers" Lexie said with excitement

"yes we can do both just be quiet" I told them "lex let's go" rylan said then they ran off to their playroom I'm assuming then I went to the kitchen and grabbed water and this some things that should help with her sickness then I put it all in one tray and went into the bedroom

I walked in their seeing her still covered in the blankets "you want water" I asked her "please my mouth is a little dry" she said I handed her the water "how are my girls" she asked me "they are sad you're sick well at first riles had a thought you were pregnant but I explained it to her your not then they decided to make cards for you" I told her which brought a smile to her face something I haven't seen in minutes

she was looking at me with her puppy eyes she knew what she wanted I didn't want to risk me getting sick but who cares "scoot over" I told her "yay" she screamed with excitement I got in bed with her and wrapped my arms around her she fell into my chest "thank you for taking care of me" she mumbled she was falling back to sleep I could feel her body go slowly

"always you're my wife" I told her kissing her forehead then we hear the door open I look over and see the twins they have cards in their hands "mama" one of them whispered to me "it's ok mommy is asleep girls" I told them they both climbed their little feet in the bed to show me their cards they had made for Amelia

"mommy will love these" I told them kissing each of their foreheads they gave me a smile then we saw Amelia turn over to our side now she was facing us "mommy is awake" riles said "I heard my girls what's up" Amelia asked them "we made cards for you" Lexie said then they showed her the cards with different drawings

"thank you love bugs" Amelia said then the girls gave her a big hug "we love you mommy" they both said me and Amelia both looked at each other they ended up in the middle of us going to sleep "they have you wrapped around your finger" i told her pushing the hair out of the twins face as they sleep peacefully

"always and forever" she said "you need to get some sleep" I told her "I got you guys sick" she said "it's fine it was worth it" I said "now I get to take care of you" she said smiling "if you say so Shepherd" I said "why are they so." she was trying to find the right word as looking down at the twins "intelligent...amazing" I said

"yeah why at the age of six why" she asked me "they have a mom who is exactly like them she is the best one ever you made them they get it from somewhere" I told her "you always find the right words to say" she told me "wise" I said she gave me a smirk "I love you so much" she said "I love you more now sleep" I said before shutting down the lamps and lights

"whatever" she said scooting in closer to the girls "ahh mommy bear is back on" I said she was so cute with them "never left but now I have a headache" she said rubbing her head
"sleep it will help if the pain gets worse tell me" I told her then she went back to sleep cuddling more into the girls leading them to lean into each of our sides
